1. This document outlines the agenda for a Ph.D. public viva voce examination, including an invocation, acknowledgements, introduction of the candidate and thesis title, review of literature, objectives, methodology, results and discussion, conclusion, publications, thank you, and references.
2. It provides formatting guidelines for the presentation, such as numbering slides, figures, tables, and equations, as well as font sizes.
3. The candidate is instructed to get supervisor approval, submit the final presentation to the research office two days before the scheduled exam, and prepare for a 30-40 minute presentation.
