INCEPTION PHASE
• This phase study team will develop study tools (both
quantitative and qualitative),
• target respondent selection guideline for conducting
the interview and focus group discussion (English) and
inception report containing the data collection plan
(English) and will engage a technical consultative team
that includes persons with disabilities and
organizations of people with disabilities to assist the
study and research.
• Also, will prepare the detail work plan at this phase
and share with CARE Bangladesh for their feedback and
final approval of the tools and proposed time line.
DATA COLLECTION PHASE
• Conduct detail training session for the Field Team
(Supervisor and enumerators) on the objectives of
the study, tools for data collection
• Orient them about the ethical concerns of the study
• Then the field team will go for field test and survey
• During data collection phase, the team lead and
other technical experts will monitor and provide
feedback through different ways to ensure the
quality of the study
