Going by bus:
• Please teach you child his or her
bus number
•The bus driver’s name and contact
number.
•Every class teacher has to stand with
their student and sent them in line.
Going with parents :
• Parents should wait for
students outside the
department so that another
class do not get disturb at that
time.
• Please follow school protocol
while entering the school
premices and using parents id
card for any work related to
school.

• No any other pant or skirt
is allow

Our Classroom Rules
• Listen when your teacher is talking.
• Follow directions quickly.
• Keep your hands and feet to yourself.
• Raise your hand for permission to speak.
• Be safe. Be kind. Be honest.
What to bring at school
• Bring these items every day:
• School bag
• School diary
• Homework workbook or
worksheets if any
• Snack (if possible send one fruit
daily)
• Lunch box
• Water bottle
• Neat and clean handkerchief
• Most important - one pair of
clothes
• Don’t bring these items:
• Electronic Devices
• Toys
• Items from home
• Any junk food in the snack or in
lunch box like chocolate,
readymade unhealthy snacks.
• No soft drinks or Sippy cups
• If child has any allergy related food or medicines let the
teacher know first.
• If child is not feeling well please kindly not send him/her to
school and inform the class teacher.
• Give one emergency contact no. which is available 24*7 so
that teacher can contact with parents anytime.
• Students are not allowed to bring or be in possession of any
type of medication or harmful things like marbles or sharp
things at school.

• In year 2023-24 quarterly exams will be held on:
• 1) Assessment -1
• 2) Assessment -2
Homework Policy
• Homework will start from the month of July.
• No more than 2 assignments per day.
• Send all the written homework book daily
Student Almanac
•Explain details of almanac
Birthday celebration
•Birthday Parties:
• No birthday parties in the classrooms.
• The students may celebrate their birthday by distributing books
only
• Submit application in ERP for leave.
• For leave more than 3 days you have to fill the single window form in
the school .
• Must attend 51% of the class in one month.
• If less attendance due to medical reason the student must have to
submit medical certificate.

How to Communicate
• Monthly ACTIVITY calendar by circular.
• Homework updated by ERP ONLY.
• Timing to meet class teacher: 12:30-1:30
What can you do at home?
• Read with your child every day.
• Talk with your child to develop vocabulary.
• Practice high frequency words.
• Write with your child (writing helps reading).
End of Year Goals:
• Read 100 sight words
• Read on a level D
• Write a 3-4 sentence story
• Count to 100
• Recognize numbers 0-20
• Number Sense
