Your brain has all the power connections,
wiring, story, memory, and processing
power.
You need to function as a human being.
Your brain is the hardware, then your mind
is software.
It is the operating system that gathers
stores and manages information, using
massive processing resources of your brain.
1.Adult in a resting state, the brain consumes
about 20 percent of the body’s energy.
2.The remaining 75 percent is used for
signaling.
3.There are two important factors to keep in
the mind. The brain requires this expensive
electrical power to operate. While you rest,
your neurons are constantly communicating,
updating each other on what is happening.

The mind is associated with the brain. The two terms are often used
interchangeably. The brain is considered to be a physical thing, the mind
is considered to be mental. The brain is composed of nerve cells and can
be touched, whereas, the mind cannot be touched.
Time, Energy, and Mind
Time:-
Time is a space within which events and actions happen that produce
results. Everyone needs time. Everyone has 24 hours. More time means
more productivity and more results.
If anyone can increase his/her time he/she will have more productivity
and more results.
We must increase the time duration.
Energy:-
Energy is form within us to help us to perform our desired action
whatever it may be.
It doesn’t know good and bad. It is driven or guided by our thoughts,
desires, wishes, determination, decisions etc…
Energy within our body flows as per our emotions, feelings, imagination,
visualization, intention etc…
Our body energy is transformed into many powers that existed within us
such as focus, attention, efforts, decision, action, habits, thoughts,
happiness, mind pattern, love, care, sharing, desires, likes, dislikes, angry,
greed,
Internal Power within man that can give us the potential to achieve our desired
state or desired goal:-
