The perspective from which the story is told.It
refers to who is telling or narrating the story.
Types of Point of View:
• 1st person POV - a character in the
story is narrating.

Examples:”I won the competition.”
“We ate the whole cake.”
“We are

• 2nd person POV – one person is talking to someone else.
Pronouns:You

Examples:”You need to pass the exam.”

• 3rd person POV – the person is outside the conversation.
