PETIC 2.0 proposes innovations to the PETIC framework to make it faster, more robust, and better aligned with market needs and organizational goals for ICT strategic planning. The key changes proposed are: 1) Dividing ICT processes into 5 major areas with defined sub-processes and maturity levels to better support consultants. 2) Making PETIC modular to allow customization for each organization's unique needs and processes. 3) Providing tools to help set goals and assess the current maturity level of processes. 4) Ensuring PETIC is aligned with an organization's overall goals to maximize ROI and reduce costs and time.
