This document summarizes a project that aims to build a mobile application called "Ting" to help reduce user stress levels. It involves 4 parts: 1) collecting data on user stress levels, mobile usage, and biometrics; 2) analyzing the data to build a stress prediction model; 3) designing interactions like micro-meditations to intervene when stress is detected; and 4) continued iteration and data collection. An initial data collection captured typing patterns and device motion from 7 participants over 5 days. Analysis showed potential to predict stress levels but more data is needed. An interaction was prototyped with visuals and short meditations. Further work includes collecting more diverse data and using the app itself for data collection during self-reflect
