February 2018 To February 2023
EXPERIENCE
The Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences is a mega project that comprises a hotel and residences. It
encompasses 43 storeys and will culminate at a height of 185 meters above sea-level, while the residential
tower will reach 37 storeys (165 meters above sea-level).

4. The destination will also be home to over 35 restaurants
and bars, including 10 celebrity chef restaurants, one
leading international beach and nightclub

5. The complex will offer 795 guest rooms and suites as well
as 231 serviced residences. It will also feature private
gardens, cantilever pools, an infinity pool overlooking the
Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline

6. Main Sky Bridge Level 22 will also be home to over 14 cabanas and tiki bar, including infinity pools and celebrity chef
restaurants, one leading international nightclub

7. EXPERIENCE 02 HAMAD PORT - MESAIEED. STATE OF QATAR
June 2014 To July 2017
New Port Project located south of Doha, Included as new port and New base for the Qatar Emiri Navel Force
and the Qatar Economic Zone. Wherein I was involved in the construction of commercial terminal and utility
buildings for the package 0032

8. EXPERIENCE 03 FOUR SEASON HOTEL.BAHRAIN
June 2012 To April 2014
The iconicFour Seasons Hotel project is a luxuryhotel development situatedon a fully landscaped reclaimed
island in the prestigious Bahrain Bay development. With its dramatic H-shaped design. The project consists of
43 storey building approximately 54,000 square meters of floor area with approximately 30,000 square
metersof underground car parking.

12. EXPERIENCE 04 VILLAMAR AT THE HABOUR.BAHRAIN
February 2010 to May2012:
Architectural supervision at Villa mar Towers at
the harbour, Bahrain –a design and build, high-
risesignature development, projectvalue
USD$400m, comprising3 twistingtowers, in
excess50 stories, converting podium for retail and
private and commercial parking.

13. EXPERIENCE 05 REEF ISLAND LOT 10 DEVELOPMENT.BAHRAIN
November 2008 to January 2010
The project consists of 13 storey building approximately 23,000sq.m and with 113 apartments
of one, two and threebedrooms along with development amenities.
