Focusing on the Education of Conventional Farmers

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:	
The Agriculture school focuses on providing the students the facilities
and opportunities to learn about the latest advanced technologies and
methods of farming. The school is also aimed at attracting conventional
farmers and the general public to educate them to become more
productive, efficient and practice sustainable organic farming.
Existing Public park facing the North-East of the site.
Providing a public plaza in the North-East corner attracting the
community to explore the agricultral aspects.

reduce heat gain
Skylights were added on the roofs above the classrooms to improve
daylighting
A pergola shading structure was added on the roof to reduce heat gain and
to allow some light through to the skylights

Pergola shading device on the roof to improve thermal comfort and
also allows light in to the openings of the roof which can be used when
needed.
Dynamic shading device on the south facades and windows to improve
thermal comfort.
Each component of this shading device can be adjusted to let in more
or less light.
Also gives the facade a nice design element.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:	
Our project focuses on the urban regeneration of the Meshairif
neighborhood in Ajman and also on the rehabilitation of the Meshairif
Industrial Complex. The urban regeneration proposal of the studied
area was based on the findings of a multi-criteria analysis and was
our long term strategy, that emphasizes its incorporation as an active
urban center in the city’s existing network, but also aims at improving
and providing more social and public spaces for the community.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:	
Zeal is an interior fit out project in Dalma mall. It consists of a bowling
center, gaming area, restaurant and shisha cafe.
My duties and responsibilities in this project were as follows:
*General supervision of the construction
*Modifications and updates of the architectural drawings
*Daily site visit and inspection of the daily progress
*Daily and weekly reports submission to the Project Manager
*Liaising with the Main contractor, Sub-contractor, Kitchen
*consultant and involved parties of the mall management
*Meeting and coordinating the needs of the Client
*Documentation of the project progress
*Revision of BOQ
*Design of any additional needs of the client

ORIGAMI CLADDING
The Locker & retail rooms have origami cladding setup from the
outside. The schematic diagram of the origami panels to be cladded on
to the gypsum board walls, in order to achieve the required design, is
illustrated in the diagram above.
LOCKER ROOM FURNITURE DIAGRAM
Furniture layout was designed for the shoe locker room intended to
serve the bowling center. The diagram on the right shows a 3D view of
the furniture layout, which includes seating, tables and shoe lockers.
