Hello everyone. I am Mousumi Dasgupta, Senior Interaction Designer at Verizon.

I spend my time between work, family and voluntary services.

As a designer I have worked on print and commercials for Advertising agencies
Mudra Communications and Contract Advertising.

Written and directed for ‘Bhanwar’ and ‘India Business Report’ for Network 18 .

How is the enhanced experience useful to companies.
Most people skip commercials so it is crucial for advertisers to give more power and
incentives to users to act as their agents.

Now that the experience is a two-way interaction rather than uni-directional
broadcast, audience can now interact with the content on their secondary device
exactly when they are watching it.

They have more control. One happy consumer will make more purchasers for the
same product.

By creating word-of-mouth advertising to their inner circle of family and friends ,
users are now more influencial than ever before.

                    Interface is necessary but it should be transparent
