This document discusses concepts and solutions for common problems, as well as CAD models that have been designed. It describes a pouch power bank that allows a mobile phone to easily slide in and get powered by a small cable, solving issues with tangled cables and space. A shutter-type window cover for rickshaws is presented to replace plastic sheets that fly away during rain and are difficult to attach. An extendable stair for buses is suggested to help older people, children and women in saris board more easily over the large clearance. CAD models shown include parts for a mirror holder, mixer bottom cover, modem cover, radio cover, oil pan, rack and pinion casing, and engine bore.

It is a jack in which rotatory motion is converted into a reciprocating motion .in this paper we have calculated the designing criteria of various components of scissors jack analytically with the help of data book and the calculated analytical model is compared with the result obtained from CAE tools i.e. ANSYS. In this paper we have chosen two different sections of three different materials and our objective of this paper is to select an individual material which can sustain high yield strength and less deformation without any failure.

Abstract This paper deals with development of Dynamic Video Recording Surveillance System(DVRSS). It is designed to be used for
surveillance of uncontrolled situations such as riot, using a high definition camera extending out from a bullet proof car through
an opening provided on the roof of the car. In case of uncontrolled or chaotic situations the forces assigned to control it mostly
gets into danger as the situation goes out of control. The aim of this project is to develop DVRSS which will capture the whole
situation in video form and store or telecast it in order to identify the culprits. The system consists of a high definition camera for
video recording which will be deployed through the roof of the vehicle at some height. A novel technology of using rack and
pinion for extension of telescopic mast is also introduced. The camera movement is controlled automatically according to the
signals from user interface. The controller used is raspberry pi 2.

Development of Semi Automatic Operated Pneumatic Based Wire Stripping Machineijtsrd
In recent years, the trend in the business has been toward more automation. A growing number of variables, including improving accuracy and reducing human error, are driving this trend. An in depth examination of the design and development of a pneumatically driven cable stripping machine for industrial mass production is provided in this dissertation, which includes an extensive bibliography. To cut the cable in large diameters in mass production, the industry now employs the traditional technique of employing a cable cutter, which takes longer and needs more manpower to cut the cable than other methods. The precision achieved by the traditional technique is low, and the procedure is time consuming. In addition to providing a solution to the traditional way of solving issues, automation reduces costs and saves time while also increasing accuracy and reducing human mistakes. By using automation, we want to achieve low cost stripping that is both quick and efficient, thereby reducing stripping time. The practical goal of an automated cable stripping machine is to remove the PVC from a cable at the necessary length and in the required number of pieces, according to the specifications. The stripping process in this system is accomplished via the use of pneumatic pressure and an Arduino. Hierarchical Digital Twin of a Naval Power SystemKerry Sado
A hierarchical digital twin of a Naval DC power system has been developed and experimentally verified. Similar to other state-of-the-art digital twins, this technology creates a digital replica of the physical system executed in real-time or faster, which can modify hardware controls. However, its advantage stems from distributing computational efforts by utilizing a hierarchical structure composed of lower-level digital twin blocks and a higher-level system digital twin. Each digital twin block is associated with a physical subsystem of the hardware and communicates with a singular system digital twin, which creates a system-level response. By extracting information from each level of the hierarchy, power system controls of the hardware were reconfigured autonomously. This hierarchical digital twin development offers several advantages over other digital twins, particularly in the field of naval power systems. The hierarchical structure allows for greater computational efficiency and scalability while the ability to autonomously reconfigure hardware controls offers increased flexibility and responsiveness. The hierarchical decomposition and models utilized were well aligned with the physical twin, as indicated by the maximum deviations between the developed digital twin hierarchy and the hardware.

CFD analysis is incredibly effective at solving mysteries and improving the performance of complex systems!
Here's a great example: At a large natural gas-fired power plant, where they use waste heat to generate steam and energy, they were puzzled that their boiler wasn't producing as much steam as expected.
R&R and Tetra Engineering Group Inc. were asked to solve the issue with reduced steam production.
An inspection had shown that a significant amount of hot flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes, where the heat was supposed to be transferred.
R&R Consult conducted a CFD analysis, which revealed that 6.3% of the flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes without transferring heat. The analysis also showed that the flue gas was instead being directed along the sides of the boiler and between the modules that were supposed to capture the heat. This was the cause of the reduced performance.
Based on our results, Tetra Engineering installed covering plates to reduce the bypass flow. This improved the boiler's performance and increased electricity production.
