We LOVE OUR PETS we LOVE OUR ENVIRONMENT.

Once they found a clean, green place to live and are happy, they will stay there (thus reducing turn over). Dog owners and especially non-dog owners are desperate for clean, green places to live. By announcing you are PooPrints friendly, your apartment complex appears much more attractive than the one next door. Dog owners make up 25% of the population, meaning the other 75% will automatically love this program! Of that 25% dog owners, 60% of them pick up after their dogs already…they will automatically love this program! That means that close to 90% of the total population will be in favor of this and will be attracted by a clean, green place to live. The other 10% probably do not clean up right now, and the apartment does not want them anyhow.
