4. Problem
• Pet lovers / volunteers feel unable to help
their specific pet that they walk every week
• Pet lover wants his specific product
fast, cheap and if at the same time they are
giving back at zero cost for them the better.
We get best pet prices while giving back

• Expertise since 2005 from the flight
comparison engine
7. Marketing
• Target: Mainly women from 30-65 (75%) which manage the
family budget. Around 60 million US Families are pet owners.
• Market: Spend in the pet industry per year: $51Billion, on-line
$2,1 Billion.
• We also publish comparison air ticket engine ($80 billion on-
line) and hotels and all kind of products individually like our
competitors (I give or Good Shop).
• Our Allies: Non-profits and their volunteers & supporters
connected to social networks. NPOs 22,700, average
volunteers 40 NPO/each year, using social networks 70% =
635,600 possible marketers.
• We already started conversations with Muttville and SF
ACC, to demonstrate the model.
8. Sales
Each user is worth $39 per year.
• Average user spends online $850 on their pets from which we
obtain 8% on proceeds (through affiliate programs) = $68.
Sharingpet donates 2/3 to the NPO chosen by the user = $45.33
Sharingpet generates $22.66 per user/year.
• From flights the US spend per user is on average
$1998/year, affiliate around 2%= $39.96 NPOS= $26.64
Sharingpet= $13.33.
• Other products: Hotels, others that we don t compare, and ads. We
prefer to be conservative and estimate non income.
9. Competition
Igive, goodshop, Karmawell, Ark, we:
• Give back higher % to the NPOs. (33%-50% Vs 66%)
• Focus on one sector (animals)
• Compare prices for the user
