All the processes are implemented as per the SOP (Standard Operating
Procedures) and internationally certified manufacturing standards.
cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
All the processes and activities are in total compliance with cGMP principles.
Authentication of Documents:
Retrieval, validation, and verification of data and documents of our processes
and products; is guaranteed at all times due to organized compilation and
preservation. We are pledged to the compliance of all requirements as
prescribed by national and international regulations. We firmly believe that our

All the quality systems are in place and SOPs as Change
Controls, Deviations, Customer Complaint, Product
Recall, CAPA, Internal audit, Management review and
OOS etc.
All quality systems based on Pharmaceuticals,
Cosmeceuticals & Ayurveda Standards, comply with
all regulatory standards.
All raw material and packaging material are purchased
from approved vendors, whose facilities are audited
& certified periodically.
All equipment and utilities are qualified and Process
& Cleaning validation activities are performed as per
Validation Master Plan.
All Finished Products are released by QA Head /
designee. Quality unit report directly to Directors.

8. QUALITY CONTROL
Quality Control is an independent unit and responsible
to carry out the analysis of Raw materials, Packaging
materials, In-process samples and Finished Products.
All Raw materials, Packaging materials, In-process
samples and Finished Products are analyzed as per
approved specification for Physico-chemical, Olfactory,
and microbiological and Heavy Metals, Pesticides
parameters, as applicable.
Key instruments are AAS,GCMS, HPLC with UV PDA,
UV-visible Spectrophotometer, LAF, Autoclave, Colony
counter etc.

conscious about the Environment.
The company has instituted Environmental, Health and Safety
programs to ensure strict compliances in accordance with
local as well as central government regulations and industry
