Regional project: Construction of micro-district
                  "Levada-2"
                   • Main idea
                   Creation of a new residential micro-district that
                   meets the latest international living space
                   trends. Micro-district conditionally divided into
                   several zones: residential, schools and pre-
                   schools area, shopping and entertainment
                   center area, entertainment park, ski downhill,
                   hotel.

                   Construction of residential buildings (up to 23
                   floors) located in two semicircles.
