The Tibitoc water production plant in Bogota, Colombia supplies almost 30% of the capital's residents. To rehabilitate the plant without disrupting water supply, the rehabilitation was carried out over three years. Temporary changes to the treatment process improved water quality during rehabilitation. The $22 million rehabilitation project resulted in improved water quality and certifications for the plant.
