Political psychologists play a key role in understanding different political systems like democracy and monarchy, and offering solutions to political parties, groups, and media. To work in this field, one must have a graduate degree in both psychology and political science. In Pakistan, over 230 registered political parties do not currently employ any political psychologists, and greater representation of women is needed in parties to aid sustainable development. Moving forward, citizens' groups and the Election Commission of Pakistan should form rules to include political psychologists in political parties.

4. Way Forward
Citizens’ Group on Electoral Reforms (CDER)
and Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP)
must form rules for inclusion of political
psychologists in the political parties.
