1. Aim of project
Aim of the project is to deliver professional experience both to interns and project participants.
Workshops participants can improve their language skills thanks to professionalism of interns who

has to be thoroughly prepared for project and whose work is constantly being evaluated by external
partners of project.

Project is realized as Global Internship Program please pay attention to criteria described below.

2. AIESEC University as GIP project
It is project which provide cross-cultural living and working experience but according to task given to

every intern in AIESEC University can be professional development experience. For us as an AI
                                                                      experience.             AIESEC
main goal of project (next to increasing our reach) is delivering professional experience to EP in this
project using help of our partners.

Criteria of GIP

        At least 35 working hours,
        Preparation for an internship,
        Work of an intern is evaluated by host organization (AIESEC cannot take this role!),
        Intern is supervised (not by AIESECers)
        Training/learning plan includes JD of intern and exact activities which will develop intern and
        how this development will be assess
                                       assessed,

    AIESEC entity cannot be TN Taker so that is why having external partners is obligatory for LC to
    run project. Read carefully about the role of external partners in project.


3. National External Partner of AIESEC University

The National External Partner of AIESEC University Project is Funmedia company. Please check the

The goal of partnership is to deliver GIP criteria to the project and deliver more pr

experiences. What is crucial is that company is strictly connected with AIESEC as most of employees
are AIESEC Alumni. This successful cooperation can become great Good Case Practice for the
network in the future.

create an online foreign language school. Apart from wide range of interactive courses it also offers
many specialized courses. Currently it sells several dozens products in 24 countries. It is only

    What is incredibly important is to be able to provide activities for national partner locally at
    first place.


4. Project organization
AIESEC University is at least 7 weeks project based on language workshops dedicated mainly to
students and young people who want to improve their skills connected with speaking in foreign
languages. Interns providing classes are native speakers or at least they are very fluent in language.
Project timeline is nationally supervised because of preparation seminar and cooperation with as well
External Partner like our country Partners.

        •   Simplification of the matching process – easier MC-MC partnerships establishing
        •   Management of functional commission
        •   Preparation of tools and preparation seminar for interns
        •   Far better quality of the project




5. Timeline- obligatory

7. Intern’s responsibilities
    •   Run language workshops minimum 35 hours weekly.
    •   Arrive to Poland in order to attend preparation seminar

    •   Run conversation classes, additional language class or individual outdoor language classes on
        every language workshops group

8. Logistics – language workshops
Language workshops duration              7 weeks each language/ Optionally 6 or 8 weeks

Evaluations                              There are different evaluations in this project. Nationally we
                                         provide with External Partner evaluations for interns.

                                         There should be also evaluation of participants and their
                                         satisfaction:

Language Tours                           outdoor activities, students learn foreign language in an
                                         active way and get to know new vocabulary while observing
                                         the surrounding, intern takes once a week a group of
                                                           ntern
                                         students for outdoor classes and teaches them new words.
                                         At least 1,5 hour per each language group during w whole
                                         time of project,
Global Village                           Optionally organized at the end of the whole workshops

9. Preparation seminar for interns.

It is crucial part of the project. All interns and Local Committees are obliged to match EPs so they
could attend Preparation Seminar which will take place in Warsaw before official start of workshops

in LCs.

Seminar will be one day event which will be provided by The Funmedia Company.

Agenda will include:

        Preparation to run workshops in creative and proper way,
        Information how to prepare great language workshops on different language levels,
        Training how to be good language teacher

Costs of the seminar will be on Local Committees. It will only include travel costs to Warsaw

Why it is important?

To deliver our interns professional experience and to bring workshops on higher level so our
customers will stay with us for more editions of AIESEC University.

 11.Project promotion
     Promotion materials will be delivered by the Member Committee before certain language
     workshop realization. Materials will be prepared on the national level by Brand Managers in the
     cooperation with Local Committees (VP Marketing Local Coordinators).
