• Retching, nausea,vomiting,abdominal pain
• Weak , drowsy , coma
• Bradicardia
• ECG changes

MANAGEMENT
• STOMACH WASH
• PURGATIVES
• BOWEL WASH
• CORRECTION OF BRADYARRYTHMIA
• IV ATROPINE .5 mg
• Hyperkalemia management
• Prolonged observation
