category with the reduction of journalists in the newsroom of the major
newspapers, almost certainly end the requirement of professional qualification, to
repeal the Law of Press by the Supreme Court; indebtedness of large newspaper
companies without the possibility of discharge of debts, closure of newspapers
above all suspicion by the United States, ownership of the content of the portals for
amateur blogs news without payment of copyright; increase the quality of the
content posted in blogs, weakening the image of the journalist as the sole mediator
of information and better public interest, professional arrogance of the journalist in
dealing with sources of information; neglect history with social causes, especially
on issues related to the poor; maintaining a cynical relationship with readers, if they
were still with the same guinea pigs hypodermic theory of old, the information that
really matters is never seen in the newspaper headlines only in small mouth that
feeds all the corruption that emanates from the power ... More terrible still is for
those who ventured into a bank of four years of college journalism, the profession
loses the status of each day the last bastion of public space. Armageddon on a
category in disenchantment, the Blog of NewsGames already made his bet: the
new professional master of the press must, above all, the games as emulators of
news. Why? The games are the fastest growing media in the world that even

jornais; fim quase certo da obrigatoriedade do diploma profissional, possibilidade
de revogação da Lei de Imprensa pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal; endividamento
das grandes empresas jornalísticas sem possibilidade de quitação das dívidas,
fechamento de jornais acima de qualquer suspeita até nos Estados Unidos,
apropriação do conteúdo de blogs amadores pelos portais de notícia sem qualquer
pagamento de direitos autorais; aumento da qualidade do conteúdo postado nos
blogs, fragilização da imagem do jornalista como único e melhor mediador da
informação de interesse público; arrogância profissional do jornalista no trato com
as fontes de informação; descaso histórico com as causas sociais, principalmente
em relação aos temas ligados aos mais pobres; manutenção de uma relação
cínica com os leitores, com se estes fossem ainda os mesmos cobaias da velha
Teoria Hipodérmica; a informação que realmente interessa jamais é vista nas
manchetes dos jornais, apenas na boca pequena que alimenta toda e qualquer
corrupção que emana do poder... Mais terrível ainda é para quem se aventurou
quatro anos num banco de faculdade de Jornalismo, cuja profissão perde a cada
dia o status de último baluarte do espaço público. Sobre o Armagedon de uma
categoria em desencanto, o Blog dos NewsGames já fez a sua aposta: o novo
profissional de imprensa deve dominar, sobretudo, os games como emuladores de
notícia. Por quê? Os jogos eletrônicos são a mídia que mais cresce no mundo,
