Angeles City Police had an inspection last __________ and recommended that we have to install CCTV
units and wayside must be widened for the easy access of forklifts to storage rooms of controlled
chemicalsHydrogenperoxide(H2O2),Hydrochloric(HCl),andSulfuricAcid(H2sO4). Fortunately, we are
able to finish all these recommendations and we have just submitted all the necessary documents to
Angeles City Police Office today October 14.
In this regard, we hereby ask for an extension period of three months to be able to finish all the
necessaryrequirementsyouneedforthe renewal andamendmentof ourlicense to possess and permit
to purchase controlledchemicalsbecause we have just finished the recommendations of Angeles City
Police office for the betterment of our storage rooms.
In additiontothis,we also expanded our magazines for controlled chemicals to ensure that the stocks
are always available and to obviate frequent application of permit to purchase that might disrupt our
operation.
We are requestingyouto kindly allow as purchasing Hydrochloric and Sulfuric Acid while we’re on the
process of completion in order to continue our operation. We assure you that we will secure these
controlled chemicals with full responsibility to avoid any lamentable happenings.
