This document summarizes a presentation about the BC Student Outcomes Project, which surveys graduates of BC public post-secondary institutions. It notes that the project involves partnerships between the BC Ministry of Advanced Education, post-secondary institutions, and BC Stats. Outcomes data is used for program review, accountability, policymaking, and labor market planning. Recent years brought retirements of long-serving members and a new structure for the project. Challenges included aging systems and changing needs, but engagement from participants and a willingness to change helped ensure the project's continued success. Next steps include releasing new tools and training while seeking further funding and support.
