Algoritma Klusterisasi
Dalam Clustering banyak jenis Algoritma yang bisa digunakan :
Diantaranya adalah :
1. Algoritma K-Means Clustering
2. Algoritma Means Shift Clustering
3. Algoritma Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise (DBSCAN)
4. Algoritma Expectation“Maximization (EM) Clustering using Gaussian Mixture Models
(GMM)
Algoritma K-Means Clustering
K-Means clustering adalah algoritma clustering yang paling
terkenal.
Algoritma ini banyak diajarkan di kelas-kelas statistik dasar
dan data science.
Keuntungan algoritma ini adalah mudah dipelajari dan
sederhana karena pada dasarnya algoritma ini hanya
menghitung jarak tiap data ke titik pusat cluster.
Proses Clustering
1. Pertama tentukan terlebih dahulu Jumlah Pusat
Cluster yang ingin digunakan.
2. Tentukan rata-rata data dari masing2 kluster
3. Dan tempatkan titik rata2 di masing2 kluster
4. Lakukan perhitungan parameterisasi kluster

  • 16. Algoritma K-Means Clustering K-Means clustering adalah algoritma clustering yang paling terkenal. Algoritma ini banyak diajarkan di kelas-kelas statistik dasar dan data science. Keuntungan algoritma ini adalah mudah dipelajari dan sederhana karena pada dasarnya algoritma ini hanya menghitung jarak tiap data ke titik pusat cluster.
  • 17. Proses Clustering 1. Pertama tentukan terlebih dahulu Jumlah Pusat Cluster yang ingin digunakan. 2. Tentukan rata-rata data dari masing2 kluster 3. Dan tempatkan titik rata2 di masing2 kluster 4. Lakukan perhitungan parameterisasi kluster
