- 1. Do you have major projects or initiatives you are hoping to get off the ground in 2018? Tackle them at the DC Regional Project Management Day of Service (PMDoS). The Project Management Day of Service pairs nonprofits with a team of seasoned pro bono project managers. Participants spend the day scoping the challenge and developing an actionable plan to take back to their organizations. All nonprofits are welcome – we recommend sending two representatives who are familiar with the challenges of your organization and can help develop the project plan(s) for your organization to implement. This event is organized by Project Management for Change and Points of Light.
