Students attended a lecture and practical lesson at the Mineralogical Museum in November. The lecture covered the distribution and uses of popular minerals. During the practical part, students observed samples of emeralds, amethyst, calcite, chalcanthite, chrysoprase, crystals, and malachite, taking pictures and notes to draw conclusions. The experience provided students with an educational lesson in mineralogy.
