Challenge In 2002 the new Brazilian president issued a directive to increase effective use of the IT budget.  Solution Plone selected  for government applications at Federal, State and city levels.  just launched its  50 th   government portal. collaboration practices have been implemented across IT departments resulting in more work efficiently done in the public interest.
