20.  Early start is very necessary. Hence, the training
should start from first semester specifically
communication skills, logical reasoning, Aptitude.
 The logical sequencing of training in coordination
with university curriculum.
 In house trainers as far as possible.
 Those who are interested in placement in IT
companies need to be trained in coding,
web/mobile development and Core subjects of CSE
irrespective of their branch.
 Job oriented training for non CS branches for in 3rd
year who are interested in only core jobs for
example VLSI/Embedded/PLC/SCADA/AutoCAD

21.  We would develop in-house competency for
providing training to the students.
 We will try to synchronize the training with
curriculum.
 The teachers teaching subjects important for
placements/GATE will be briefed about the type of
preparation required and type of questions asked.
 If required external trainers/institutes may be
involved for special important topics/ subjects.

23.  An Internship plays an important role only if it
enhances skills of a student.
 The internship in reputed companies according
to the interest of the students will be promoted
during vacations.
 Each student will be promoted to do a technical
project in Vth and VI th semester.
 The project must be a live product which can be
used by a user.
 The minor and major project must be of industry
standard. The Industry personal may also be
involved as a guide.
