PARKOUR has always been mistaken as an extreme sport, but if you look onto it a little closer you’ll know that it is not a sport but a discipline instead.Many criticize Parkour, and don’t appreciate its usefulness and the benefits it can give us for our daily lives.Parkour can teach us different values applicable in real life. We become stronger not only physically but mentally as well. Parkour can also teach us to become better human beings.
