1. Pickling Plant Initiatives
Pickling Tanks : PP Tanks are provided for longer life.
1. Water Treatment Plant for Zero Discharge:--zero discharge.
2. Fume Extraction :- To deliver the fumeless working condition at the pickling Bay
3. Acid Storage & Distribution:-- Automated Acid Storage & Distribution System decreases the time
required to prepare the Pickling Tank to desired Acid concentration. This reduced time is Used for
effective pickling and increases the Pickling production by 25-30%.
4. HSE:-- Our Designed Plant & Automation will handle the minimum Human contact to acids which
reduces the accidents and increases the safety levels.
5. Fixtures:-- Our Ergonomics / designed fixtures will give better process of washing and pickling which
increases the productivity and quality.
6. Transfer Trolley:-- Transfer Trolleys are designed for better and faster transfer of coils to packaging Bay.
7. Automation:-- Automation System provide the consumption details of all the acids vis-à-vis production
to control the Production & process to get the maximum out of each tanks.
8. Acid Proofing & Brick Lining:-- Our Designed Acid Proofing, Brick Lining and FRP Coating prevents
leakage of acids to Ground and maintains good quality water levels and Pollution Levels.
9. 3 D Drawings:-- We will provide the 3 D Drawings to enable the consumer to view all the details well in
advance prior to the supplies.
10. TPM:-- Entire Plant will be designed with consideration of TPM so that the plant availability &
Productivity is higher and there are no space constraints.
11. Spares:-- We will prepare the critical & O&M spares for the entire plant.
