Samuel Nolan chose several photos to use for cover images and stories in the Music High magazine. The main photo selected for the cover is a mid-shot of a top student wearing a lanyard, captured using a medium close-up. Additional photos were chosen to feature stories on the library, pink day cancer awareness, the headteacher's weekly quote, and a Halloween disco for year 7 students. Each photo was taken using a close-up or medium close-up angle to focus on relevant details for the accompanying stories.

In this magazine I have chosen this picture to use
for Music High’s front page.
This Mid shot I took was because it involves one
of the students, also has the lanyard and is also a
top student.
The camera angle I have used for this photo is a
Medium Close-up photo.

3. I’m using this picture for one of the
coverlines involving the library and
learning.
I liked it because it is an
advertisement for some of the best
reading books in the library for
students at either a younger age or
students interested in fun exciting
books to read.

I quite like this because it is the
headteacher giving out his
thoughts or knowledge of
intelligent things.

6. This little treat here is for one of
the coverlines relating to the year
7 Halloween disco for the younger
children.
It features not only the types of
sugary treats that were there but
also reminding people of the joy
that comes with Halloween.

angle than most.
