This two-year residency program in Pharmacy Informatics at J. Hopkins is designed to develop expert skills in pharmacy practice and informatics. Residents will gain experience in multiple clinical settings during their PGY1 year and specialize in pharmacy informatics during their PGY2 year. The program aims to prepare pharmacists for informatics positions in healthcare by providing training and knowledge in technology trends, clinical applications of technology, and integrating technology into pharmacy practice to provide safe and efficient patient care. Residents will complete core rotations such as ambulatory care, drug information, and clinical informatics, as well as elective rotations across various medical disciplines.
