grandmothers house where they sat down to enjoy the tea. This shows that the

 The most common prop in this advert would be the
“monkey” who represents one of the characters.
 They also use wigs and dresses for the characters
nans/grandmothers.
 They also used a lot of suit cases to represent that
they are working hard to get to there destination.
PG Tips costumes
 As it was said in the last slide the costume used for
the grans consisted of a two wigs and two dresses
for each of the grandmothers. This was to make
them look older and look as if they where actually
the main characters grandmothers
PG Tips Makeup
 The makeup as used for the gran costume mostly
consists of eye shadow ,lipstick and nail varnish.
This was to show that they are feminine characters.
PG tips movement
 They are jumping with excitement on there journey
.This shows that they are exited to see there grans
and drink the tea.
PG Tips Camera
work/framing
 At first they used a mid shot to show the monkey coming out of the baggage area as the
music starts to show him and only him doing this, a long shot as they are walking toward
the train This shows that the distance from them to the train and it explains why they are
hurrying. There is a close shot as monkey’s face gets stuck in the train door to get a close
up of this happening. Then there are a few distance shots to show them walking through
the country. This is followed by a mid shot to show the grans opening the door. And ends
with a wide shot to show them all sitting there drinking the tea.
PG Tips Angles
 The angles as shown in this advert consist of:
 A front angle to show monkey exiting the baggage
area. Side angles to show them getting on the train.
A cornered angle to show them walking over the
bridge. A behind over shoulder angle to show the
grans answering the door. And a angle to the side to
show a full room view of the characters drinking.
PG Tips Editing
 The only editing involved in this advertisement
was cutting to other scenes like from the train
station to the country side. Also the music.
PG Tips sound
 All of the sound is diegetic as the characters in the
advert can hear it. E.g. they are singing along to the
music.
PG Tips Rhythm
 The Rhythm of the shots in this advert is very fast
paced as the shots go from one to the other very
quickly. E.G. they cut from the train station to the
country very quickly.
