This document provides information on catering options from Prairie Grille including specialty buffets, hot buffets, and on-site grill-out options. Specialty buffets include a boxed lunch option for $8.99 per person with various sandwich and wrap filling choices and a tray option serving 6-8 for $69.99 with sandwich and wrap selections. Hot buffets start at $9.99 per person and include pasta, Mexican, and American options with salad, vegetable, potato, and roll accompaniments. On-site grill-outs are $10.49-$11.49 per person depending on entree choice.

Apple Chicken Chopped Salad – $10.99
Chopped mixed greens tossed with balsamic vinaigrette, candied pecans,
bacon, sun-dried cranberries and Granny Smith apples.

Crispy Chicken Chopped Salad – $9.99
Chopped mixed greens tossed with chicken tenders, cucumber,
tomato, shredded cheddar & ranch dressing. Drizzled with BBQ sauce
and served with garlic bread.
Chicken Caesar Salad – $9.99
Freshly tossed romaine lettuce, mushrooms, tomatoes, black olives,
parmesan cheese and croutons topped with freshly grilled chicken breast.
