4. Engine Oil Flush
Process:
2.Drain old oil
3.Pour in Petra Oil System Cleaner #1004 in engine
let it run for 10 min.

4. Replace with new oil and replace old oil filter with
new filter.

5. Fuel System Service
#2100 Kit
Process:
1. Vehicle must be in operating temperature.
2. Disconnect your fuel pump or fuel relay.
3. Connect fuel machine to return and supply lines.
4. Pour in Petra Fuel System Cleaner to the canister
apparatus.
5. Pour in Petra Fuel Power additive in gas tank.
6. Adjust pressure on the fuel machine to 35 or 40 psi.
7. Turn on vehicle
8. When process is complete reconnect supply and return lines.
9. Reconnect fuel pump or fuel reply
10. Remove throttle body boot to cleaner air intake with
Petra Air Intake Cleaner #2003
11. Reconnect throttle body boot.

Process:

7. Vacuum Fuel System Service
#2002
Process:
1. Pour in Petra Fuel System Cleaner to the fuel canister
apparatus.
4. Disconnect vacuum hose from brake booster to connect Petra
P-450 fuel tool.
5. Turn on vehicle
6. Fuel Tool canisters sight glass will let you know when service is
complete.

8. Transmission System Service
#5100 Kit
Process:
2.Pour in Petra Transmission System Cleaner into
Trans dip stick.
3.Connect black and red hoses on the machine to the
upper trans cooler line with proper adapters.
4. Pour in ATF in new fluid side of the machine.
5.Turn on vehicle and let it run for 10 min so the
cleaner can do its job.
6.Press 12 quart button on the machine to exchange
old trans fluid to new trans fluid.
7.Process complete when the buzzer comes on.
8.Reconnect trans cooler line and add Petra Trans
Sealer and Conditioner #5002

10. Cooling System Service
#4100/4200 Kit
Process:
2.Vacuum in new anti-freeze in new tank side
with valves positioned on green color
4.Place cone nozzle on radiator cap or reservoir
with valves positioned on black color this will
allow to vacuum out all old anti-freeze coolant
3. After old anti-freeze has been taken out switch
valves to pink color position to refill with new
anti-freeze. Note: Nozzle must not be

12. Power Steering System Service
#7100/7200/7400 Kits
Process:
2.Vacuum out old P/S fluid in reservoir using
the machine used fluid button switch.
3.Pour in Petra Power Steering Cleaner in
reservoir to top off what was taken out.
4.Turn wheels left to right 7 times using the
steering wheel.
5.Place P/S fluid in vehicle by using machine
positioning the new fluid switch.

14. Differential System Service

2.Vacuum out old Diff. Fluid by using the
machine use fluid switch.
3.Pour in new Petra Diff fluid into the clear
bottle on the machine on new fluid side switch.
4.Put new diff fluid back into the vehicle by
using new fluid hose on the machine.

16. A/C System Service
Process:
2.Turn on vehicle with A/C on cold
3.Stick thin plastic tube that comes with the
Petra A/C bottle in the drain hose
4.Press and hold button while product is being
injected in the drain hose.

17. Brake System Flush Service
Process:
2.Vacuum out brake fluid in the master cylinder
by using the Brake Vaclua Machine.
3.Top off master cylinder with new fluid and
putting the rest of the brake fluid in the plastic
canister.
4.Place the plastic canister over and in the
master cylinder.
5.Left car in the air and purge each wheel.
