Peter Pan finds his shadow at Wendy's house in London and takes her to Neverland. However, Captain Hook kidnaps Tiger Lily. Later, pirates take Wendy and the Lost Boys prisoner on Hook's ship. Peter saves Wendy and defeats Hook in a fight, causing Hook to fall into the water where a crocodile waits. Peter then flies Wendy back home to London.
