WHAT IS SWOT ANALYSIS?
 SWOT analysis is a strategic planning and strategic management
technique used to help a person or organization identify strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to business competition
or project planning.
 It is sometimes called situational assessment or situational analysis.
WHAT IS PERSONAL SWOT ANALYSIS?
 Personal Assessment of Strength, weaknesses, Opportunities
and threats.
 Inward look at:
– What makes a person valuable
– What areas need to be worked on
– What things a person can take advantage of
– What threatens their ability to take advantage of
opportunities
CAMPAIGNER PERSONALITY (ENFP)
 Campaigners are independent and
creative, always on the lookout for
the magic and meaning in everyday
life.
 Campaigners (ENFPs) are true free
spirits – outgoing, openhearted, and
open-minded.
 Friendly and outgoing, Campaigners
are devoted to enriching their
relationships and their social lives.
