Perceived organizational support and Knowledge sharing: Ethical work climate matters This study investigates the relationship between perceived organizational support and knowledge sharing, and examines the moderating role of ethical work climate. It hypothesizes that the relationship between perceived organizational support and knowledge sharing will be more positive when employees work in an ethical climate. The study aims to provide a deeper understanding of how perceived organizational support facilitates knowledge sharing through the lens of ethical work climate norms. Insights could help managers better understand how to diagnose and manage climates to encourage knowledge sharing among employees.
