This study used the Repertory Grid Technique to assess the personalities and performance levels of 38 horses across 3 stables. Observers generated constructs to describe each horse's personality and rated their performance on a scale. Horses rated as high performers tended to be described as nice, gentle, easy to handle and patient. Low performers were often rated as difficult, inexperienced, tense, nervous and hesitant. The study found relationships between horses' agreeableness traits and their rated performance levels.

Long term effects of cognitive behavioural coaching on gender transitionDr. Daša Dasha Grajfoner
This document summarizes a study on the longitudinal effects of goal setting coaching on psychological adaptation and social integration for those undergoing gender transition. The study aimed to improve self-esteem and well-being by enhancing social skills and social support through evidence-based cognitive behavioral coaching and goal setting. Two years after completing the course, participants reported increased confidence presenting as their identified gender, greater engagement in social interactions, and improved quality of life and well-being. The coaching provided transferable tools, sustainable confidence levels, and increased social integration and adaptation in their new gender role.
