This document provides instructions for teachers to implement discussion activities, problem-solving activities, and role-playing activities to help B1.1 level students improve their speaking skills, with each activity including keywords, instructions, examples, and recommended times. The activities are designed to encourage students to construct their own knowledge through discussion and role-playing different situations.

1. Didactic guide of pedagogical strategies to improve the
competence of Speaking Skills for B1.1 student’s level.

2. Description:
This didactic guide will help students in 2nd course
Unified General Baccalaureate (UGB) with B1.1
level to develop their speaking skills through the
use of pedagogical strategies such as: discussion,
problem-solving and role playing.
The aim for this didactic guide is provides teachers
with instructions, key words, examples and a
recommended time for the implementation of
these strategies in their classes.
While students perform the activities, they will
construct their own knowledge based on a
constructivism approach. Also, they will be able to
use mental process to relate the new knowledge
with their cognitive reserves, encouraging them in
the acquisition of a new language.
