Hospital

3. Why we select diploma to learn?
 From my practical perspective , l need to enhance my practical
standing with science and knowledge .
 My work requires many of skills and has many technical and
administrative details taking into account, the psychological state
of patients and coordination between other units to achieve the
highest quality service.

4. Description of my job
 I ’ve two roles being work as pharmacy manger and Deputy manger in the hospital
 *
1 st role being a pharmacist responsible for providing medicines and ensuring their safety
 and effectiveness is not only this , but also ensuring from medication order ( name of drug
 ,dosage form and doses(.
 Also ensuring that the patient takes it in a correct way and also in a correct time.
 Also I responsible for providing the medical consumables all over the hospital units.
 2nd role being adeputy manger responsible for all units , employers,patients......
 In a more comprehensive sense , responsible for all the system .

5. What’s the difference between
manger and leader?
 **The Manger makes his decisions on the ground , implementing
work regulations within each unit , holding negligent person
accountable and monitoring the quality of work.
 **The leader is strategic decision maker , who is fully aware of work
details , he has ability to organize all units , prove their Performance
and solv e their problems at any time

6. Do you prefer a manger with
medical background or not ?
*a manger from medical background has an advantage of understanding all details of
medical workflow and is familiar with the latest medical development while maintaining
safety for patients and employees .
**A manger from Non –medical background only responsible for success of institution,
regularity of its work and the affairs of the employees from attendance ,
departure.....Dealing e ’insurance, purchasing , taxes.
So I prefer to have two aspects of management one medical and the other not , to
achieve the perfectionism
