I learned the basics pretty well, that Kegel exercises were not only for only for women since I had only associated Kegel exercises with women who wanted a more heightened sexual experience. It seems that Kegel exercises are also used for men to control that area down there, the thinking is that the Pc muscle is just that a muscle. Since if you do not use your muscles often they shrink and loose strength, anyone can notice this right away if they stop working out, after two months or even one month of not working out, we all turn flabby.
