2. Making it Easier to Shop
My observations this week were made in several
department, grocery, and drug stores. The thing I
noticed most was how different stores took time to
make it more convenient to shop. Handy reminders and
informative signs made it an enjoyable experience.
Little things make a big difference! Here are just a few
examples of how the stores are paying attention to our
needs as customers!
3. Reminders…
How many times do you
forget the reusable bags
you carry in your car? This
is a convenient reminder
BEFORE you enter the
store.
4. Information…
Why is that cashier so
slow?? It helps me to
know that they are just
learning a new job and to
cut them a little slack.
5. Convenience
…
Often I shop with a list or a
store ad. What to do with it
when you are done? This
store made it easy with a
trash can below the
checkout line. Much nicer
for the next person than
leaving it in the cart!
