Jo log nafs ki nafi karke Zaat ko pa lete hai , wohi din inka aaqiri
din honga .Ab jo bhi amal honga Zaat ke zariye honga jo amal Zaat
ke zariye honga woh amal saleh honga aur jo amal saleh honga is
ka ajar Allaah ke paas mehfooz rahenga.Ab aise logo ko na khauf
honga aur na ranj honga.
Note: Is aayat ki roshni me nafs saakit ho jata hai,har amal Zaat ke
zariye se hota hai, Is liye mujme koi haraam ki gizaa daaqil hone
se Zaat saakit ho jati hai .Nafs ko daqal dene ka maukha mil jaata
hai isliye Tahaarat E Haq tooth jaati hai.
iii)Wazu E Haq:
Maqlooq ki arziyaton ko bardash karna.
iv)Wajood E Haq:
YA AYYUHAL LAZINA AAMANU WA AAMILUS
SWALIHATI
YA : Zaat ka wajood aa gaya
AYYUHAL : Aye nafs
ALLAZINA AAMANU : (nafs ka jawaab) Aye Allaah main tuj se
razi hoon kyon ke too ne mujko harkat de hai
WA AALMILUS SAALIHATI : Kyon ke ab Zaat e Haq ka
wajood aa gaya hai is liye amal Saleh hi honga.
2) i) Ilm ul Islam.
ISLAM = NAFS SALAM=ROOH - Rooh se hi amal karna.
Nafs ko saakit karna, Rooh ko zinda karna, Toh Rooh se hi amal
kar ke islaam ke daire mein shareeq hona hain.
Bagair Rooh ko zinda kare ke Islam mein daakhil nahi ho sakte .
Yeh hain Ilm ul Islam.
ii)Ilm ul Yakeen : Ke daira knowledge tak hai you know about
Allaah his supreme.Tamaam baaton ka pas ilm howa. Quran pade
hindu pade to imaandaar nahin hote.
iii)Ain Ul Yakeen :
Jo baten sunte the ankhon se hota howa dekha.
iv)Haq Ul Yakeen:
Tum jab tak amal nahin karoge tab tak tumko faida naa honga.
Islam dekhne mein accha samaj mein, dushwaari amal mein.
v)ISLAM - AS SALAM:
ASSALAAM ALAI KUM WA BARAKATAHU
Teri nafs saakit ho jaaye tere ander Allaah ki Zaat bankar zinda ho
jaaye aur tere har amal se Allaah ki maqlooq ko khair o barkat
pahuche.
AS SALAM:
Is ko samajne ke liye pehle ISLAM ko samajhna honga.
vi)AIN-UL-ISLAM:
Peer ka amal hain (apne peer ka amal hain) peer ka har amal
Rasool se talluq rakhta hain.
vii)Haq ul Yakeen : Haq ul Islaam:
Jo peer ka amal tha woh hamare saamne pesh kiya.jab tak us par
hum amal nahi karenge Haq ul Yaqeen ke daire ko choo bhi nahin
sakte agar koi shaks Islam ke maine bhi na samajh ta ho magar phir
bhi woh sharyat par amal karta ho aise shaks ka Islam mein us
shaks ka kya muqaam hain - woh hain - maanta hain magar
pechaanta nahin hain - Bahut bada KUFR hain -jaise ke Nafs-eLawamma.

3)MUSALMAAN HONE KE LIYE SABSE AHAM
SHART:
MAN ARAFA NAFSAHU FAQAD ARAFA RABBAHU
Tum jab tak apne aap ko nahin pehchaanoge apne Rab ko bhi nahi
pehchaan sakte Jab tak tum Rab ko nahin pehchaantee Islaam ke
daire mein nahin aa sakte.
Is liye tum ko Ilm ul Haq Yakeen ko samajna honga.
Yeh us ki pehchaan hain jis ko Allaah kehte hain tasavvur mein.
Pehla Stage:
Ain-ul-Yaqeen huwa.
Dushra Stage:
Mera Peer-Structure of body ko use kar kar mere peer ke amal
pesh kiya jis ko hum Kalma kehte hain.LAA-ILAA HA
ILLALLAAAHU yeh Ain-ul-Yakeen hain jab tak is Kalma ko na
samjhe amal nahin kar sakta.Jab is kalma ko samah kar main nafs
ko saakit kar jaoonga aur apne har amal ko Kalme ke hawale kar
jaonga to zarooor mera har amal ko duniya dekh kar Haq ul
Yakeen ka darja dege.Kyon ke Quran shahid hain

Kalma mein Do(2) juz hain
1) Allaah ki taareef karwata hain -LAA ILAAHA
ILLALLAAAHU
2) Quran ki pehchaan karwata hain - Muhammadur
Rasoollullaaahu
Agar tum ko Quran samajhna hain,padna,amal karna hain to nafs
ko samajhna honga .Jab tak tum nafs ko naa samajte to musalmaan
kehlaane ke Qabil nahin.Jis tarah Allaah Taala ek power hain usi
tarah Mohammed (S.A.W.S) Allaah ka kalaam hain jise hum
Quran ki shakal mein dekh rahen hain Kyon ke
Mohammed(S.A.W.S) ka har amal shariyat ka paband tha aur aap
sarapaa chalta phirta Quran the.Kyon ke aap ne khud irshaad
farmaaya
"ANA MIN NOORIL LAAHI KULLU SHAIIN MIN NOORI"
Main Allaah ke Noor se paida kiya gaya hoon aur baaqi sab
kaayenat mere Noor se paida kee gayee hain.Allaah ne jitne
Paigambar bheje 1 lakh 24 hazaar Allaah ko manwaane ke liye phir
bhi naakaam rahen.
Sab ke akhir mein Allaah taala nein Khud apne Noor ko
Mohammed(S.A.W.S) ke shakal mein utara jis ki roshni saare
aalam ko munnawwar kar gaye aur taa Qayamat tak munnawwar
karti rahengi.Beshak Adam(A.S) Abu Al Bashar hain lekin mein
Abu Al Rooh hoon.Mujjassim alam se Adam mere baap hain
Roohaani alam se mein Adam ka baap hoon kyon ke Allaah Taala
nein jab Rooh ko takhleeq karne ka vaada kiya sabse pehle main
Rooh ko takhleeq kiya uske baad mere Rooh se hi Adam ki Rooh
takhleeq kee gayi aur yaad rakho main yeh Rooh ka silsila
Qayamat tak jaari rahega kyon ke har Rooh meri Rooh se
munsaliq(attach) hain.Is liye Allaah taala nein meri Rooh ko
kitaab-e- haq yaane Quraan ko dubo diya hain.Zahir hain jab meri
Rooh Quraan mein doobi howi hain kaayenat ki har bashar ki Rooh
bhi doobi howi hain misaal ki taur par Quraan mein Allaah taala
khud irshaad farma rahen hain

LAZI ANZALAL KITABA BIL HAQQIWAL MIIZAAN
Allaah woh Zaat hain jo tere mujjassim mein dhadakte hain Rooh
ki shakal mein aur teri jism ke har harakkat ke waqt yeh Quraan
teri nafs aur Rooh ke darmiyaan mizaan ban jaati hain kyon ke
Quran jis ko hum chalte phirte Rooh ke amal mein dekh rahen hain
taa qayamat tak ke liye har insaan ko rehnumaai karega basharte ke
kalma tayyaba sahi pada jaaye "LA ILAHA ILLALLAAAHU".
Woh zaroor uski Rooh zinda hogi nafs saakit hogi kyon ke har
insaan ki Rooh mein Kalaam-e-Haq Quran dooba howa hain.Is liye
Allaah Taala ne nafs se irshaad farmaaya : Jab koi baccha maa ke
paet se paida hokar mar jaata hain woh jannat mein jaaayega
chaahe woh kaaafir ka hi kyon na ho,Is liye Allaah taala har insaan
ko apni fitrat per paida kiya ain aur Allaah taala ki fitrat Rooh ki
shakal mein chalte phirte Quran hain.Agar tum kissi insaan ko
Quran samjhana hain sab se pehle Quran ke likhne wale ko samajh
na hain uske baad uske nafs ko samajh na honga tab jaakar use
imaan naseeb hoga.Yeh do(2) cheez se hatkar aadmi
Aalim,Qaazi,Haafiz ,Qaari,Muttaqi,Parhezgar,aur kitna hi bada
amal ho,magar phir bhi is ka amal Roohaani aitbaar se bilkul
naakaara hain aur yeh amal isko koi fayda na dega kyon ke Allaah
taalah ko maanta to hain par pehchaanta nahin . Rasool ke tareeke
par amal karta hain par pehchaanta nahi Quran padta hain lekin
usko bhi pehchaanta nahin agar khud ko maanne ki buniyaad par hi
usko baksha jaana chahiye to mere nazar mein saari duniya saare
mazhab sab ko jaka haqdaar banna chahiye magar nahi jab tak
"MAN ARAFA NAFSAHU FAQAD ARAFA RABBAHU"
Jis ne apni nafs ko pehchaana usne apne Rab ko pehchaana waise
Quran mein Allaah taala khud farma rahen hain
PARA 26, SURAH NO 50 , SURAH KAAF ,AYAT 16 17.
"WA NAHNU AKHRABUHU MIN HABLIL WAREED"
Bande mujjasima tera hain dhadkan meri hain jis ko Rooh kehte
hain .Is liye imaan ki buniyaad Allaah taala uske Rooh ki pehchaan
par hi kii gayi hain.Ab aap log bhi faisla kar lo Allaah taala ko
manna iman hain yah pehchaana imaan hain . Ab Mohammed
(S.A.W.S) jo tafseer saamne aayi hain yeh Structure of body se
tally karke dekho .Yeh saari baate Mohammed (S.A.W.S) mein mil
jaayengi .
Structure of body : Adam (A.S) ki hain zahiri aitbaar se
Dhadkan : Nabi ki hain baatini aitbaar se.
PARA 21, SURAH NO 33 ,SURAH AL AHZAAB , AYAT 5
AN NABIYU AWLA BIL MUMININA MIN ANFUSIHIM
WA AZWAJUHUU UMMAHATUHUM.
Yeh tumhare liye Quran ka reference hain Quran khud kehta hain
har nafs ke saath Nabi maujood hain phir tum kaise jhutla sakte ho
ke nafs bahayat nahin hain yeh unka ilm-e-gayb hain nahi
hain.Nafs Allaah taala ki Zaat ki shakl mein Quran ki shakl mein
har nafs mein maujood hain . Yeh khud Quran ka faisla har kissi
ko iqtiyaar hain nafs ko ilm-e-gayb nahin hain yeh bahayat nahin
hain yeh koi Allaah wala bahayat nahin hain kyon ke Rooh ki
shakl mein sab log Qayamat tak zinda hain aur jo bhi amal tum
Rooh se karoge woh amal tumhare peer ka hi nahi hoga balke
tamaan Ambiya,Sahaba,Saleheen aur tumhare Rooh ka amal hi
hoga.Kyon ke Quran mein Allaah taala farmate hain

WA ILAAAHU
KUM ILAAAHUM WAAHID LA ILAAAHA ILLA HUWAR
REHMAA NUR-RAHEEM
Allaah taala saaf irshad farma rahen hain hum nein apne huqm se
saari kaayenat ko taqleeq ki jo har zarre ki dhadkan hain aur jin o
ins mein jo log apni nafs ki nafi karte hain is kalme ke zariye LA
ILAHA ILLAHUWAR REHMAAN NIR RAHEEM . Woh sab
Allaah wale Roohani aetbaar se ek hi hain kyon ke yeh sab mein
Rooh yaani meri Zaat se hi dhadakti hain is liye main nein in sab
ko paayam e najaat de chuka baqi muqaddima main tamaam
insaano per chodta hoon faisla khud kare yah zaahiri amal Islam
nijaat dila sakta hain yah Roohani amal us ko neejaat dila sakta
hain.

5) 5 PILLARS OF ISLAM
Kalma :
Yakeen mera kalma hain mein kuch bhi nahin hoon Allaah hi sab
kuch hain is baat ka Yakeen hain .Yeh hi mera kalma hain .
Namaz:
Khauff meri namaz hain .Khauff - Kisi bhi amal mein mera nafs
involve na ho jaye woh mera khauf hain.Har amal mera Rooh se
hain.
Roza:
Sabr mera roza hain Duniya chahe mujhe kitna sata de mere andar
jo Allaah hin woh sabr karega.Main to saakit hoon kyon
PARA 2, SURAH NO 2 , SURA BAQRA , AYAT 152-153
INNAL LAAAHA MAA-AS SABIREEN
Meaning: Zaat ki dhadkan se sabar hi hoga nafs harkat karegi to
shirk hoga.
Nafs sabar nahin karsakti Rooh hi sabar karti hain yahi mera roza
hain.
Zakat:
Esar o Qurbani meri zakat hain .Zakat har zaroorat par apne aap ko
doosro ko taru dena. Yehi meri zakat hain.
Haj:
Mera nafs meri Rooh ka tawaaf karti hain. Yehi mera haj hain aur
isi ko kaabe haq kehte hain.

6)HAMARE KHOON MEIN KYA KYA DAUD
RAHA HAIN.
EXPLANATION OF PARTS OF ROOH , PARTS OF BLOOD .
HAWA + MITTI + AAG
+ PAANI ==>KHOON
(ROOH) ( NAFS) (SHAITAN) (FARISHTE)

Nafs : Khoon ka material hi nafs hain.
Farishte : Aur is ko paani milne ke baad khoon jab patla hota hain
woh Farishte hain.
Aag : khoon ke har khatre mein shaitaan ban kar daud raha hain.
Hawa : Rooha hain jo teeno cheexo ko harkat de rahi hain(mitti
aag paani jo hain nafs shaitaan farishte).
Jis ko hum Rooh kehte hain wo hi Allaah ki Zaat hain jis ke
refernce ke liye Quran mein maujood hain
PARA 26, SURAH NO 50 , SURAH KAAF ,AYAT 16-17.
"WA NAHNU AKHRABUHU MIN HABLIL WAREED"
Meaning : Bandey mujjassima tera hain , dhadkan meri hain aur
Hadees
MAN ARAFA NAFSAHU FAQAT ARAFA RABBUHU.
Meaning: Nafs saakit hain,aur jab guar aur fikr karege apni harkat
par to us ko jab ehsaas hoga ke uski nafs ko harkat dene wali
Allaah ki Zaat Rooh hain.
FUNCTIONS OF 4 PARTS : (KAISE OPERATE KARE )
AAG 1) Shaitaan ka kaam hain nafs ko gumraah karna aur
jahanum ki taraf dhakelna.
MITTI 2) Nafs ka kaam hain bahut jald shaitaan ke behkaawe
mein aa jaana.Jakar apni neeyat ko khaRab karna.Apni body ko
bure amaal ki taraf movement dena.Jab ke nafs bejaan hain body
ko movement nahin de sakti.MOvement dena Rooh ka kaam hain
nafs ko saza isliye hogi kyon ke bejaan hokar jaandaar hone ka
saes kiya apni meeyat ke zariye.
(Rooh keh rahi hain nafs se) -> Teri neeyat khaRab thi is liye mein
amal kar gayi.Agar ke tu saakit hoti;agar teri body se bura amal ho
bhi jaata to is ki zimmedaari mujh par thi is liye main har nafs se
yeh sawal kar chuka hoon
YA AYYUHAL LAZINA - Rooh keh rahi hain nafs se - Kya haal
hain tere wajood mein aane ke baad Agar koi nafs saleh hain to jawab degi
AAMANU mein raazi hoon teri is Rooh ki mera har amal ko Zaat
ke hawale karti hoon kyon ki jo bhi amal Rooh se hoga woh amal
saleh ho hoga.
HAWA 3) ROOH : HAWA hi Rooh hain jis ko hum Rooh kehte
hain jo har zarre mein dhadak rahi hain is liye hum us ko Allaah u
Akbar kehte hain.
PAANI 4) Farishte : Paani Farishte hain jism mein insaan ke
khoon ke saath daud rahe hain .Jis ko Allaah ke Rasool (S.A.W.S)
ne farmaya -Allaah taala insaan ko harkat karne ka ikhtiyaar deta
to duniya mein andhera kar dalta tha is liye Allaah taala ne is ke
mujassime ko aur khoon ki har khatre ko 10 fariste ke hawale kar
chuka jo

Ab yeh farishte wohi moavement karte hain har insaan ki body ko
jo Allaah taala insaan ke mujaasime ko banane ise 40,000 saal
pehle har insaan ki taqdeer likh di aur taqdeer likhne ka ikhtiyaar
Allaah taala ne sirk kalam ko diya aur kalam wohi likhega is nafs
ki jo fitrat hogi is mein Allaah taala ki mashiyat (razamandi) ka koi
dakhan nahi hai Hai! Re Bande! teri badnaseebi banaya tah banda
ban gaya darinda . Yeh tere naseeb ka kasoor hain.
AB IN KO CONTROL KARNE KE LIYE IN CHARO KE
OPERATING KO SAMAJNA HOGA
i) ROOH KAISE CONTROL KIYA JAATA HAIN
(Rooh ke saath shaitaan ko attach kare ke Rooh ko up aur shaitaan
ko down rakha hain)
Apne peer ke bataaye howe tareeqe Kalma padna hoga,har woh
amal,tere peer ke tareeqe par chalna honga kyon ke peer kalma
practical hain . Koi insaan raah chalte howe Quran pad kar ya
Hadees pad kar ya alim,ya moulvi ki degree haasil kar ke kissi ko
bhiimaan ki taraf nahin raghib kar sakta,jismaani musalmaan ho
jaayega Roohani nahi kyon ke Quran mein zikar hain is baat ka ay
Nabi (S.A.W.S) keh do in logo se yeh jo bhi neik amal kar rahe
hain apni nafs ke zariye yeh sirf Islam hain agar in ko imaan ki
taraf laut na hain to apne jaane e aziz nafs ko Qurbaan karna hoga.
Jaise ke Allaah taala ne farmaya Quran mein
PARA SURAH AAYAT
ATIUL LAAHU WAL ATI UR RASOOL WA ULIL AMRI
MINKUM
Meaning: Agar tu Allaah taala aur uski Rasool (S.A.W.S) ki etaat
karna chahta hain to mere un bandoun ki etaat kar jo is kalme ke
zariye mujhe pehchaan liye hain aur apne aap ko kho chuke
hain(fanha ho chuke) is liye jab tum apne peer ke bataaye huwe
zikr wa wazaif ko kasarath se karoge to tumhaari Rooh powerful
ho jaayegi aur tumhaare andar ki aag jo shaitaan ban kar daud rahi
hain woh dab jaayegi woh waswase to zaroor dalegi tumhe (yaani
nafs ko) lekin tumhaari Roohaani taakat ke aage na shaitaan ki
kuch chalegi aur naahi kuch nafs ki chalegi.Is mein ek positive ek
negative hain . Positive + Rooh hain negative - shaitaan hain . Agar
zikr karega kasarath se to + up rahenga - down rahenga.
ii)MITTI NAFS KAISE DABAYA JAA SAKTA HAIN (Farishto ke saath nafs ko Attach kare)
Nafs sirk namaaz ke zariye dab ti hain woh bhi namaaz-e-Roohani
ho.Nafsaani namaz se aur bhadakti hain.Roohani namaz woh hain
jo tumhare peer ke tareeqe par padi jaaye kyonke namaz farishto ki
sifat hain is liye namaz padne se nafs dab jaati hain .
Is mein bhi ek + hain ek - negative hain + farishte - nafs hain .Agar
tu namaz kasarath se pade ga to + up - down rahege.

7)ALLAAH KA SHUKAR KAISE ADA KARNA:
Shukr hain Alhamdulillaah:
Aaj tak nafs ki har khawish ko poori hone par Allaah ko sukhriya
kaha (shukr hain Alhamdulillaah).Jab ke bilkul galat hain yeh ,hum
Allaah ko pehchaane nahi to shukr kaise ada karege,Shirk
hoga.Alhamdu lillah ke maine hain jis ka nafs saakit ho jaaye uske
andar uski Rooh zinda ho jaaye is ke maine hi Shukr hain, shukr
woh hoga jab tera nafs mar jayega aur Rooh zinda hogi.
8)KYA QURAAN ILM E HAQ HAIN ?
Quran Ilm E Haq nahin ho sakta Ilm E Majzi hain Quran kalam-ehaq hain kitaab-e-haq hain kyon ke is ko Allaah ne kalaam kiya
hain.
Quraan Ilm-E-Haq hota to sab se pehle shaitaan ko iska fayda
pahuch ta kyon ke dono alam mein Quraan ka jaanne wala padne
wala shaitaan hain is liye Allaah ne farishto par faukhiyat dee.
MAALIMUL MALAKOOT(Teacher) : ka khitaab dekar saare
farishto ko dars dene ka kaam saup diya tha Is ke bawajood bhi
Shaitaan itna bade alim hone par bhi Allaah ko nahin pehchaan
saka.Is liye Allaah ne laanate karar diya. Agar Quran Ilme Haq
hota to sab se pehle use maloon Shaitaan ko Allaah ki lalach se
bacha leta.Is liye Quran Ilm-e-Haq ho nahi sakte Quran sirf Ilm-emajaazi hain.
Quran ko samajh ne ke liye sab se pehle Quran ko likne wale ko
samajh na hoga. Uske baad tumko ilm me Haq samajh mein
aayega.Jab tak tum Allaah ko nahi pehchaanoge tab tak tum ko
Ilme haq samajh mein nahin aayega kyon ke Allaah ki pehchaan
Ilme Maarifat hi Ilme haq hain.
9)Ilme Maarifat ko paana hain to tujhe in 4 madarij se

guzarna hoga

i)FANAFIL WAJOOD :Kalme mera pul surat hain - Kalme nein
mujhe bacha liya.
i)FANAFIL WAJOOD :Khauff ne mujhe beemar kar dala.
ii)FANAFIL SHAIKH :Shauk ne jala dala
iii)FANAFIL RASOOL :Mohaabat ne mujhe fana kar dala.
iv)FANAFIL LAH :Allaah ne mujhe zinda kar dala.
Kalma pad kar –wajood khauff - wajood
Shauk -Peer ki saubat mein baithna to peer hat kar Rasool pesh kar
diya.
Mohabbat - fanafil Rasool.
i)Fanafil Wajood:
Peer ki sohabat se kalme ke zariye se ilm aur khauff se bimaar ho
gaya.
"Zindagi bhar namaaz padte rahen tilawat aur zikr karta raha
phir bhi mujko Allaah nazhar na aaya Hay re meri badnaseebi
galti se kissi ko peer maan bhaita Jab uski nazar mujpar padi to
khauff se Allaah nazhar aaya."

Jo log nafs ki nafi karke Zaat ko pa lete hai , wohi din inka aaqiri
din honga .Ab jo bhi amal honga Zaat ke zariye honga jo amal Zaat
ke zariye honga woh amal saleh honga aur jo amal saleh honga is
ka ajar Allaah ke paas mehfooz rahenga.Ab aise logo ko na khauf
honga aur na ranj honga…
Is aayat mein Allaah taala bande ko bari karte hain aur usko har
amal apne Rasool ke zimme lena hain is liye agar koi mureed apne
peer ke amal ko apnaenga aur apne nafs ko saakit karega har amal
apne Rasool ke zariye karega woh amal naa hi mere peer ka honga
na he mera hoga balke mere Rab ka honga.
iii)Fanafil Rasool:
Jab tak koi bhi Peer ya Alim apni nafs ko saakit karega apne har
amal ko Rasool ke hawaale nahin karta to kabhi bhi Muhammed
(S.A.W.S) padne ka haqdaar nahin hota agar kissi ko Muhammed
(S.A.W.S) samajna hain to usse pehle Quraan ki is aayat ko
samajna honga.

Jis ne nafs ki nafi ki usne Allaah ko paa liya aur apne Rasool ki
etayat kar chuka Aise log ka naam Siddiquin ke daftar mein darj
karte hain aur Shaheed-e-aazam ka qitaab dete hain .Yahi nahin
balke aise bando ko Allaah taala saraapa Noor bana dete hain.Jab
unki nazar kissi narm cheez per padte hain to waha per Allaah ka
naam likha jayenga.Kyon ke isi liye Allaah taala unko saraapa
Noor bana dete hain.Jab bhi banda is ayat ke raaz se waakif honga
wohi Fanafil Rasool kehlaayenga.
iv)FANAFIL LAH :
Allaah ne zinda kar daal . Jab koi banda (structure of body) ko
samaj kar Kalme Tayyab padta hain uski nafs saakit ho kar Rooh
zinda ho jaati hain.Uska amal uska apna nahin hota balke uske Rab
ka hota hain jiske talluq se Huzoor(S.A.W.S) ne Irshaad farmaaya
"ANA MIN NOORIL LAAHI KULLU SHAIIN MIN NOORI"
Main Allaah Taala ke Noor se paida kiya gaya hoon tamaam
kaayenaat ko mere Noor (Rooh) se paida kiya Huzoor (S.A.W.S)
ne irshaad farmaaya Adam(A.S) Abu-Al-bashar hain main Abu-alRooh hoon.Adam ki Rooh ka bhi baap hoon kyon ke Alah taala in
sab se pehle meri Rooh ki taqleeq ki uske baad Adam (A.S) ke
Rooh ko taqleeq ki.Is liye Allaah taala Quran mein Irshaad farma
rahen hain

Tumhare Nabi tumahre nafso se qareeb hain tumhaare khoon mein
shaamil hain aur koi banda is muqaam per pahuch jataa hain
,ankh,pair,hath ban jaate hain koi amal is ka nahin hota balke is ka
har amal is ke Rab ka hota hain .Jab tak yeh Rooh se amal karta
rahenga tab tak iski har dua Qubool ki jayengi.Jab kissi amal mein
is ka nafs maail ho jaaye woh iske Rab ka nahin balke iske khud ka
amal hoga. Jis ko amal-e-kufr kehte hain is liye is ki koi dua
qubool nahin ki jaati balke is ki har dua rad ki jaati hain jab koi
banda is muqaam per pahuch jaata hain us ko zarror Fanafill Lah
ka muqaam mil jaata hain.

Islam mein shariyat ke andar 5 arkaan hamaare yeh hain Kalma,
Namaaz, Roza, Zakat, Haj.Isi tarah hamare maslaq mein in 5
arkaan yaani Maarifat mein in 5 arkaan ka matlab yeh hain.
i)Yakeen mera kalma hain, Allaah taala irahaad farmata hain

Yaani Har inssan ki zindagi se jo bhi movement hota hain shar ho

(S.A.W.S) ne irshad farmaya.
MAN ARAFA NAFSAHU FA QAD ARAFA
RABBAHU
Yaani jisne nafs ko pehchaana ushi ne Rooh ko pechaana yaani
Rooh hi Allaah ki Zaat hain jo jab tak ke insaan ko is bat per imaan
naa ayeee meri zindagi mein jo bhi shar wo qair ka amal hota hain
usko sirf Allaah ki Zaat hi karti hain mein kissi maqlooq ka ya
insaan ka ya nafs ka daqal nahi hota. Isi liye har insaan ko jo
maarifat ke samandar
mein tairta hain usko is baat ka yaqeen hona chahiye main kalma
padne ke baad yaani (mera nafs saakti ho jaayega aur mere andar
Allaah ki Zaat Rooh bankar zinda ho jaaye aur jo bhi mera amal
honga woh Allaah ki Zaat se hi honga) isliye mera yaqeen hain ke
LAA ILAAHA ILLALLAAAHU ke maaine yahi ho sakta hain
ke nahin rahegi mere andar koi sifat bakhi sewaaye Zaat ke Rooh
bankar.Jab insaan ko is baat ka yaqeen hain to samaj lo ke uska
imaan mukammal ho gaya warna agar koi insaan ya musalmaan ya
ko aur mazhab waale log jaise ki Ishaai,Parsi,Sikh,Hindu jitne
duniya ke mashahib hain yeh sab log Allaah ki ek hi maante hain
aur uske tassawur mein apne andaaz mein ebadat karte hain.
Ebadat yaahi uski parashitish, parshtish yaahi kissi cheez ko
chahna, jab tak insaan kissi cheez ka mushaida nahin kar leta tab
tak uska yaqeen mukammal nahin hota jaise ke hamaare maslaq
mein kahan gaya hain yaqeen ke teen darje hote hain.
a) Ilm-ul-yaqeen Jaise ke kissi ke bare mein kissi se sunna yeh
ilm-ul-yaqeen huwa
b)Ain-ul-yaqeen Us aadmi ki baat ko sunne ke bat us cheez ki
akah(eye) se dekhan ain-ul-yaqeen huwa.
c)Haq-ul-yaqeen jab aadmi us cheez ko paa lete hai aur usse istefaada utaat hain to yeh samaj lo ke wo h saks haq-ul-yaqeen ke
daire mein pahuch chukka. Ab tum khud hi samaj sakte ho
mushaida kya hai aur Roohaniyat mein iski kya ahmiyat hain iske
alaawa ek baat aur hain tum khud faisal karo ke ab aise mushaida
karne waale ka kya mushaida hain .Ab maine Quran aur hadees se
dale dekar apni baat aur apne maslaq yaani MAARIFAT ko aap ke
saamne wazeh kar diya hain ab aap log khud faisla kar sakte hain
ke mushaida ka kay muqaam hai.
2)Khauff meri namaaz hain Aaalimoun ko mullaoun ko
murshado ko nahin dar Quran ka main woh jaahil ho azaan se
bhi dar lagta hain. Kyon ke Azaan sunne ke baad agar mera nafs
namaaz ke liye jaata hain to kafir ho jaaonga is baat ka ushe dar
laga rahta hai kyon ke imaan wolo ko chahiye ki jab namaaz mein
apne nafs ko daqal dene ka
iqtiyaar nahin rehta phire digar aamal mein jo zindagi mein 24
ghante mein sardat hote hai to us mein nafs ka daqal kaise, isi liye
imaan waalon ko chahiye ke apne har amal mein is baat ka khauff
rakhe ke nafs saakit ho jaaye aur apna har amal Rooh se ada ho
jaaye. Agar duniya mein koi insaan is raste pe chalna chahta hain
to usko apne peer ki etaat karna waajib hain aur farz hain jab tak ke
tum kissi bande ki bandigi nahi karonge Allaah wa uske Rasool ki
khush-nu-adi haasil nahin kar sakte aur naa hi imaan waale kehlaa
sakte hain kyon ke Allaah ko maante to sab hain leik pehchaanta
koi nahi aur Allaah ko maanne ki buniyaad per imaan ki daleel
saabit hoti to duniya ka har mazhab najaat ka haqdaar hota kyon
ke Allaah taala Quran mein irshaad farmaata hain meine char

i)Nafs-e-Mutmainnaà Nafs ko pehchaaan Rooh ko paana aur apne
har amal par nafs ko razi rakna is shaks ko 100% mein se 2.5 %
kaamiyaabi milengi. Agar koi shaks Allaah ko manta hain magar
pehchaanta nahin aur naa hi apne nafs se waaqif hain iske baad
sunnat-wa-shariyat per amal karta hain to tum hin andaaza
lagaaoun usko kya milenga.
ii)Nafs-e-Ambaaraà Nafs e ambaara woh cheez hain jo kalme
tayyab LAA ILAAHA ILLALLAAAHU padne ke baat apni nafs
ko poori tarah maaar deta hain aur apne andar apne Rab ka
mushaida karne lag jaata hain . Aise shaks ko 100% kaamiyaabi
hain kyon ke iska har amal chaahhe aank se chaahe kaan se hot
chaahe zabban se ho ya chahe jism se ho iska har amal saraapa

kalma sahi pada LAA ILAAHA ILLALLAAAHU aur samaj kar
pada yaani nafs ko pehchaana aur apne Rab ko pehchaana yaani
Rab ka mushaida kiya aur apne dushman shaitaan ko pehchana aur
pani madadgaar farishte in sab ko pehchaana hi imaan ki daleel
hain tab jaakar Allaah ke Rasook ki baat saadiq hongi aur janat ka
mushtahaq honga agar ko buniyaadi taur per kalma hi LAILAHA
padta hain aur Bismillaah hiar rehman padta hain tokya aise shaks
ki seene mein imaan baki reh jaayega ab iska faisla main aap per
chodta hoon “MUSHAIDAY KAY ASRAAT IN CHEEZOON
PAY KAYA HOTAY HAIN –JIMANI-ROOHANI-DEENIDUNYAWEE”
iii)Nafs-e-lawaama Ab rahi baat nafs-elwaama ki nafas e
lawaama ka matlab hain Allaah ko manta to hain magar
pehchaanata nahin aur uske tasawwur mein shariyat per amal karta
hain sunnat per amal karta hain jab ke ise shariyat ka matlab nahin
maaloom aur naa hi sunnat ka matlab maaloom hain sirf wa sirf
jannat ke laalach mein daahri chod raha hain apne chehre pe
namaaz ke ghatte ko laa raha hain aur roze ke naam per faaqi reh
raha hain dikhaawe ke liye apne surround padosi ya azeez wa
aqaarib chahe zurrat mand ho ya naa ho sifr dikhaawe ke liye
zakaat de raha hain aur batuar-e-tafree saal mein barah Umrah kar
raha hain aur ek Haj kar raha hai sifr jannat ke tasawwur mien
“Kya tum hi baatoun aisa shaks duniya mein to kaamiyaab ho
jaayega lekin aaqirat mein kuch naa paayega” isi liye isko nafs-elawaama kaha gaya hain, manta to hain magar pehchaanta nahin
kyon ke Quran mein Allaah taala farma rehen hain.

nafs ki nafi naa karlo Allaah ko yaad kar sakte ho naa hi humhaari
magfirat hongi aur naa hi koi ajr milenga agar tum nafs ki nafi
karonge Allaah ki Zaat ko paa longe uska waad ahin tumse wo h
tumhari magfirat bhi karega aur tum ko ajr-e-azeem bhi denga.

ho to zaroor woh ajar ka mustahiq hain is lihas se ab tum dono neki
ki mushtahaq hain kyon ke gaadne waale ne bhi lakdiyoun ko is
liya gaad tat ke Allaa ki maqlooq ko faida pahcuhe isi liye dono ki
neeyat ek hain amal ek dushre ek qilaaf hain. Lekin Allaah tala
tumhaare zaahiri amaal ko nahin dekte balke tumhaari neeyatoun
to dekte hain.
Ab nafs-e-lawaama
kisko kehte hain isk faisla aap kar sakte hain, Main ne Quran aur
ahdees ki roshini mein dalaayel dekar apni baat ko manwaa liya
hain.
4)Nafs-e-Moolima Hamaari nazar mein nafs-e-moolima woh
shaks hain jo Allaah ko manta to hain magar pehchaanta nahin woh
saari zindagi bhar hare ek taqatwar cheez mein ya phir kissi
boot(statue) mein Maalik-E-Haqeeqi ko doondta rehnta hain leikin
kahin bhi usko sahi jawaab naa milne ki wajah se mutamin nahin
ho paata isi liye hamesha doodnta rehta hain. Chahe aise shaks ko
aap Hindu kaho Sikh kaho ya isaai kaho ya Parsi kaho mein apni
zindagi mein ko aisa shaks nahin dkeha jo Quran, Hadees ya
Allaah , ya uske Rasool ka inkaar karta ho us shaks ka kissi bhia
mazhaab se talluq ho lekin uske paas Allaah uske Rasool ki baid
qadr wa azmat hongi kyon ke Quran mein khud Allaah taala
irshaad farma rehn hain .

Yaani Allaah taaala irahsa farmaa rahe hain ke maine duniya mein
jitne insaan paida kiya hoon un sab ki Roohin se sawaal kiya tha
“Kya main tumhaara Rab nahin hoon” to sab ne milkar yeh jawaab
diya “beshaq aap hamaare Rab hain” isi liye duniya mein aaj
Allaah ki alag alag naam se pukaar te to hian kein sab ka imaanwa-iqaan hain ke sab ko paida karne wala aur sab ka paalanhaar ek
hin hain, To humko kisne iqityaar diya kissi ko bhi hum kaafir
kaise keh kahenge jo shaks jaankar ya naa jankar Allaah wa us ke
Rasool ke ahkaam ka inkaar karta ho. To jo log Allaah ko maante
hain pehchaante nahin who log hamaari nazar mein mushriq hain
aur jo log jaane anajaane mein uske ahkaam ka inkaar karte hain
woh kafir hain . Ab aap kuhud faisla kijiye mushrik kaun aur kaafir
kaun duniya mein kuch aise maslaq waale ya aise akeede wale log
Allaah ne paida kiya hain hamaari aazamaaish ke liye jo Quran aur
Hadees aur naek amal ka sahara lakear Allaah ki maqlooq ko
gumraah karte hain Allaah ko maante to hain magar pehchaante
nahin main kissi jamaat ya kiisi tehreeq ya kissi party ya kissi
Peer-wa muaulana ka naam lekar kissi ko dosh dena nahin chahte
yeh sab takdeer ka likha hain jab jo hona hain tab hokar rahenga.
Isi liye Allaak ki Rasool S.A.W.S ne irshaad farmaaya. Bani Israel
mein bahattar 72 firke the meri ummat mein ek firka zyada honga
tirhaatar 73 firke honge.Aur meri ummat ke 72 firkw naari honge
ek hi firq naaji honga jo mere saat jannat mein shaareq honga. Ab
duniya mein har jamaat woh har firqa ka yeh daawa hain ke hum
naajat pane waale hain aur hum ko maaloom hain ke Allaah taal
kiss ko bakshta hain to Kalme ki buniyaad per aur imaan ki
buniyaad per bakshta hain jiska kalma wa imaan sahi naa ho anna
uski koi namaaz qubool hogi aur naa koi uska nake amal qubool
honga aur na dua qubool hongi isi liyehum to saaf apni munaajat
mein keh chuke hain ke hum jahanumi hain aur kaafir hain Aye
Alaaah tu beshaq hame jahnauum mein daal de leikn tere Rasool
S.A.W.S ki ummat men jo gunaahgaar, badkaar, siyaakra hain un
sab ko maaf farma aur jannat-ul-firdous mein aala muqaam ata
farma. Ab aap hi faisla ki jiye ke in 73 firqo mein kaun naaji ain
aur kaun naari han.Maine aap ke sawaal ka jawaab de diya ab aap
isko tafseer se padiye.
3)Sabr mera Roza hain Allaah ke maqlooq ki di hui arizyatoun
ko bardash karna hi asal roza hain agar kissi ki taqleef ko kissi
maqlooq se munsalig karonge to tumhaara roza ek haq toot jaaygea
aur tumhaari wazu e haq bhi toot jaayegi. Isi liye tum ko chahiye ki
jabhi tum ko Allaah ki mqlooq ki taraf se ko taqleef pahuche to is
aayat ka wird kar liya

Iska matlab hain mere andar Allaah maujood hain Rooh bankar
Zaat ki shakal mein wohi sabr kar sakta hain naa ki meri nafs.
4)Isar-o-Qurbaani meri zakaat hain Isar o Qurbaani ka matlab
hain aadmi yaahi imaan waale ko chiey ke har waqt apni zurrat se
zyda Allaah ki maqlooq ki zurrat ko tarji de.
5)Meri nafs Meri Rooh ka Tawaaf karthi hain yeh mera Haj
hain.
Agar insaan har amaal mein apni nafs ko saakti rakhta hain aur
apne Peer ke bataaye huwe tareeqe per amal karta hain to uski har
saans Rooh ka tawaaf kartihain yaani nafs. Yaahi mera Haj hain.

11)5 KAABAS
i) Bait Ul Muqqaddas - Sare ambiya,sahabas, aur saare
paigambar(1 lakh 24 hazar) tawaaf tawaaf karte hain.
ii) Kible Ibrahim
iii) Bait ul Mamoor - Farishte tawaf karte hain. Gibrael jab
nahr mein naha kar nikalte hain to 70,000 paani ke boond
jab girte hain to 70,000 farishte paida hote hain.Yeh
farishte tawaf karte hain.Doosre farishte ko haq nahin hain
woh kaabe mein jaane ka.
iv) Sare Imaan wale log - Arsh e moalla pe jaa ke
tawaaf karenge.
v) Insaan ki Rooh : Kyon ke 24 hrs nafs Rooh ka tawaf
karti hain har amal mein

Masnat-e-faqiri pe baith ki gayi to shahi ki
tamanna kaun kar Quraan ka sadaqa Allaah mil
gaya to jeene ki tamanna kaun kare.
Bahre ishq mein maqhlooq ka guzr nahin hota woh aisi
gehraai hain kissi aalim ke Ilm wa kamaal ka guzr nahin
hota.

Aalimo ko mullaao ko murshado ko nahin dar Quran
ka main woh jaahil hoon aazan se bhi dar hota hain.
Harkas wa naakas ki chappal mochi bhi seetha hain
mera yaqeen aur imaan hain ki meri chappal mera peer
seeta hain.
Talb-e-Jannat Qauff-e-Doshaq riyakaari hain bande ke
liye kyon ke nawakif hain Allaah se sab
raayega(bekaar)hain bande ke liye
Mana ke banda Allaah nahin ho sakta phir bhi bande se
Allaah juda bhi nahin ho sakta.
Talash-e-Rizk kufr hain bande ke liye
Sab raygaa hain koshish e bande ke liye.
Main yeh samjha tha ke yeh sab rishte mere kaam
aayenge
Mujhe kya pata tha ke saans band hote hi Khudle
jaayenge.

13) 10 cheezo se 10 cheezo ko zeenat:

Aasmaan ko sitaaro se
Jannat ko hoor se
Farishto ko Jibrael s
Paygambar ko Huzoor (S.A.W.S) se
Mahino ko Ramzaan se
Din ko Jummatul mubarak se
Raat ko Shab-e-Qadr se
Masjid ko Kaabatulla se
Kitabe ko Quran se
Quraan ko Bismillah Hir Rehmaaan Nir Raheem se

DAROOD -E- HAQ:Nafs ko saakit karke Rooh
se amal karna.
Kufr : Kissi bhi amal mein nafs ka dakhal dena
kufr hain.
Shirk: Kissi bhi shar o khair mein makhlooq ko
zimmedaar theraana shirk hain.
Munafiqat kissi bhi Roohaani amal ko nafs se
taabir karna munafiqat hain.
Namaz-e-ishq: Ke liye insaano ke khoon se wazu
karna hoga.
WATER(Paani) :
i)MAZAA:Momin jab kulli karta hain aur maza
alag hain to thook deta hain.
ii)RANGA: Momin jab wazu karta hain to jab haat
mein paani leta hain agar us mein rang hain to chod
deta hain kyon ke saaf paani nahin hai .
iii)BOO:Jab naak mein leta hain agar boo aayi to
chod deta hain.
Quran kis per utaari?
Rooh par -Ya ayyuhal lazina
Nafs par - Ya ayyuhan naas.
HAZA MIN FAZLI RABBI:
Jisne nafs ki nafi ki Allaah ko pehchaan liya usne
sab kuch paa liya.Fazal woh hai jo Allaah hain
Naemat woh hain jo hamesha rehne wali hain.

ADAM ALAIHISALAAM KE ANDAR JO
ROOH (Allaah ki Zaat ) maujood hai hum uss
ko sajda karte hai.
Hamaray jism me maujood faristay sajda karte hain
aur shaitan waswasey dalta rahta hain. Peer ki baat
hi hamaray liye shariyat hai.
HADIS : Qabar hi illin hai qabar hi sijjin kisi bhi
insaan ke liye.
Shariyat : Rooh ko pahchanna aur nafs ko sakit
karna
tariqat : peer ka amal aur mera amal ek hi hona
Marifath:Zaat ki pahchaan,Rooh ki pahchaan
Haqiqat: Har zarreh zarreh may Allaah ko
dekhna
Bandagi ke mane yahi hai ke maqlooq ki di hue
arziyato(zulm)ko bardash karna matlab
Zikr namaz se afzal hai
Meri maut hi mera imaan hai
Mera ilm hi Allaah ki pehchaan hai.
MASHALLAAH : Tu khatam ho jayega magar
banane wala hamesha reh jayega.
SUBHAN ALLAAH : Paak hain woh Zaat jo
saari kaayenat ko dhadka rahin hain.Dhadkan paak
hai uski sifat naapak hain.
INSHAALLAAH : Mein nafs ke aitbaar se
saakit hoon mein kuch nahi kar sakta. Mere andar
Alah ki Zaat hain wohi sab kuch kar sakti hain.
DUA:
i)RABBANA AATINA FID DUNIYA HASANATAU WA FIL
AAQIRATI HASANATAU WA QINA AZAABAN NAAR.
Ay Allaah mujhe woh duniya ata farma jo tujhe pasand hain aur
tere Nabi (S.A.W.S) ko pasan hain. Nabi (S.A.W.S) ke tareeke
wali zindagi ata farma agar woh tareeke wali zindagi mujhe mil
gayi to zaroor mein akhirat ke azaab se bach sakta hoon.
ii)HAAZA MIN FAZLI RABBI
Jis ne nafs ki nafi ki usne Allaah ko pehchaan liya.Usne sab kuch
paa liya. Fazal woh hain jo Allaah hain Naimat woh hain jo
Hamesha rehne wali hain.

MAN AAMANA BILLAAAHI WAL YAUMIL AAKHIRI WA AMILA SWALIHAN FALAHUM AJROHUM INDA RABBIHIM WALA KHAUFUN ALAIHIM WALA HUM YAH ZANOON. Jo log nafs ki nafi karke Zaat ko pa lete hai , wohi din inka aaqiri din honga .Ab jo bhi amal honga Zaat ke zariye honga jo amal Zaat ke zariye honga woh amal saleh honga aur jo amal saleh honga is ka ajar Allaah ke paas mehfooz rahenga.Ab aise logo ko na khauf honga aur na ranj honga. Note: Is aayat ki roshni me nafs saakit ho jata hai,har amal Zaat ke zariye se hota hai, Is liye mujme koi haraam ki gizaa daaqil hone se Zaat saakit ho jati hai .Nafs ko daqal dene ka maukha mil jaata hai isliye Tahaarat E Haq tooth jaati hai. iii)Wazu E Haq: Maqlooq ki arziyaton ko bardash karna. iv)Wajood E Haq: YA AYYUHAL LAZINA AAMANU WA AAMILUS SWALIHATI YA : Zaat ka wajood aa gaya AYYUHAL : Aye nafs ALLAZINA AAMANU : (nafs ka jawaab) Aye Allaah main tuj se razi hoon kyon ke too ne mujko harkat de hai WA AALMILUS SAALIHATI : Kyon ke ab Zaat e Haq ka wajood aa gaya hai is liye amal Saleh hi honga.
  • 2. 2) i) Ilm ul Islam. ISLAM = NAFS SALAM=ROOH - Rooh se hi amal karna. Nafs ko saakit karna, Rooh ko zinda karna, Toh Rooh se hi amal kar ke islaam ke daire mein shareeq hona hain. Bagair Rooh ko zinda kare ke Islam mein daakhil nahi ho sakte . Yeh hain Ilm ul Islam. ii)Ilm ul Yakeen : Ke daira knowledge tak hai you know about Allaah his supreme.Tamaam baaton ka pas ilm howa. Quran pade hindu pade to imaandaar nahin hote. iii)Ain Ul Yakeen : Jo baten sunte the ankhon se hota howa dekha. iv)Haq Ul Yakeen: Tum jab tak amal nahin karoge tab tak tumko faida naa honga. Islam dekhne mein accha samaj mein, dushwaari amal mein. v)ISLAM - AS SALAM: ASSALAAM ALAI KUM WA BARAKATAHU Teri nafs saakit ho jaaye tere ander Allaah ki Zaat bankar zinda ho jaaye aur tere har amal se Allaah ki maqlooq ko khair o barkat pahuche. AS SALAM: Is ko samajne ke liye pehle ISLAM ko samajhna honga. vi)AIN-UL-ISLAM: Peer ka amal hain (apne peer ka amal hain) peer ka har amal Rasool se talluq rakhta hain. vii)Haq ul Yakeen : Haq ul Islaam: Jo peer ka amal tha woh hamare saamne pesh kiya.jab tak us par hum amal nahi karenge Haq ul Yaqeen ke daire ko choo bhi nahin sakte agar koi shaks Islam ke maine bhi na samajh ta ho magar phir bhi woh sharyat par amal karta ho aise shaks ka Islam mein us shaks ka kya muqaam hain - woh hain - maanta hain magar pechaanta nahin hain - Bahut bada KUFR hain -jaise ke Nafs-eLawamma. 3)MUSALMAAN HONE KE LIYE SABSE AHAM SHART: MAN ARAFA NAFSAHU FAQAD ARAFA RABBAHU Tum jab tak apne aap ko nahin pehchaanoge apne Rab ko bhi nahi pehchaan sakte Jab tak tum Rab ko nahin pehchaantee Islaam ke daire mein nahin aa sakte. Is liye tum ko Ilm ul Haq Yakeen ko samajna honga. Yeh us ki pehchaan hain jis ko Allaah kehte hain tasavvur mein.
  • 3. Pehla Stage: Ain-ul-Yaqeen huwa. Dushra Stage: Mera Peer-Structure of body ko use kar kar mere peer ke amal pesh kiya jis ko hum Kalma kehte hain.LAA-ILAA HA ILLALLAAAHU yeh Ain-ul-Yakeen hain jab tak is Kalma ko na samjhe amal nahin kar sakta.Jab is kalma ko samah kar main nafs ko saakit kar jaoonga aur apne har amal ko Kalme ke hawale kar jaonga to zarooor mera har amal ko duniya dekh kar Haq ul Yakeen ka darja dege.Kyon ke Quran shahid hain PARA NO : 1, SURAH NO : 2, SURAH : BAQRA, AYAT: 62. MAN AAMANA BILLAAAHI WAL YAUMIL AAKHIRI WA AMILA SWALIHAN FALAHUM AJROHUM INDA RABBIHIM WALA KHAUFUN ALAIHIM WALA HUM YAH ZANOON. Jo log nafs ki nafi karke Zaat ko pa lete hai , wohi din inka aaqiri din honga .Ab jo bhi amal honga Zaat ke zariye honga jo amal Zaat ke zariye honga woh amal saleh honga aur jo amal saleh honga is ka ajar Allaah ke paas mehfooz rahenga.Ab aise logo ko na khauf honga aur na ranj honga Quran keh chuki jis ka nafs saakit hoga us ka har amal swaleh hoga to zaroor us mera har amal Haq-ul-Yakeen hoga.Jis ko log MUHAMMADUR RASOOLULLAH kehte hain. 4)KALME KI TASHRI Kalma mein Do(2) juz hain 1) Allaah ki taareef karwata hain -LAA ILAAHA ILLALLAAAHU 2) Quran ki pehchaan karwata hain - Muhammadur Rasoollullaaahu Agar tum ko Quran samajhna hain,padna,amal karna hain to nafs ko samajhna honga .Jab tak tum nafs ko naa samajte to musalmaan kehlaane ke Qabil nahin.Jis tarah Allaah Taala ek power hain usi tarah Mohammed (S.A.W.S) Allaah ka kalaam hain jise hum Quran ki shakal mein dekh rahen hain Kyon ke Mohammed(S.A.W.S) ka har amal shariyat ka paband tha aur aap sarapaa chalta phirta Quran the.Kyon ke aap ne khud irshaad farmaaya "ANA MIN NOORIL LAAHI KULLU SHAIIN MIN NOORI" Main Allaah ke Noor se paida kiya gaya hoon aur baaqi sab kaayenat mere Noor se paida kee gayee hain.Allaah ne jitne Paigambar bheje 1 lakh 24 hazaar Allaah ko manwaane ke liye phir bhi naakaam rahen. Sab ke akhir mein Allaah taala nein Khud apne Noor ko Mohammed(S.A.W.S) ke shakal mein utara jis ki roshni saare
  • 4. aalam ko munnawwar kar gaye aur taa Qayamat tak munnawwar karti rahengi.Beshak Adam(A.S) Abu Al Bashar hain lekin mein Abu Al Rooh hoon.Mujjassim alam se Adam mere baap hain Roohaani alam se mein Adam ka baap hoon kyon ke Allaah Taala nein jab Rooh ko takhleeq karne ka vaada kiya sabse pehle main Rooh ko takhleeq kiya uske baad mere Rooh se hi Adam ki Rooh takhleeq kee gayi aur yaad rakho main yeh Rooh ka silsila Qayamat tak jaari rahega kyon ke har Rooh meri Rooh se munsaliq(attach) hain.Is liye Allaah taala nein meri Rooh ko kitaab-e- haq yaane Quraan ko dubo diya hain.Zahir hain jab meri Rooh Quraan mein doobi howi hain kaayenat ki har bashar ki Rooh bhi doobi howi hain misaal ki taur par Quraan mein Allaah taala khud irshaad farma rahen hain PARA 25, SURAH NO 42 , SURAH SHURAH ,AYAT 16 17. ALLAAHUL LAZI ANZALAL KITABA BIL HAQQIWAL MIIZAAN Allaah woh Zaat hain jo tere mujjassim mein dhadakte hain Rooh ki shakal mein aur teri jism ke har harakkat ke waqt yeh Quraan teri nafs aur Rooh ke darmiyaan mizaan ban jaati hain kyon ke Quran jis ko hum chalte phirte Rooh ke amal mein dekh rahen hain taa qayamat tak ke liye har insaan ko rehnumaai karega basharte ke kalma tayyaba sahi pada jaaye "LA ILAHA ILLALLAAAHU". Woh zaroor uski Rooh zinda hogi nafs saakit hogi kyon ke har insaan ki Rooh mein Kalaam-e-Haq Quran dooba howa hain.Is liye Allaah Taala ne nafs se irshaad farmaaya : Jab koi baccha maa ke paet se paida hokar mar jaata hain woh jannat mein jaaayega chaahe woh kaaafir ka hi kyon na ho,Is liye Allaah taala har insaan ko apni fitrat per paida kiya ain aur Allaah taala ki fitrat Rooh ki shakal mein chalte phirte Quran hain.Agar tum kissi insaan ko Quran samjhana hain sab se pehle Quran ke likhne wale ko samajh na hain uske baad uske nafs ko samajh na honga tab jaakar use imaan naseeb hoga.Yeh do(2) cheez se hatkar aadmi Aalim,Qaazi,Haafiz ,Qaari,Muttaqi,Parhezgar,aur kitna hi bada amal ho,magar phir bhi is ka amal Roohaani aitbaar se bilkul naakaara hain aur yeh amal isko koi fayda na dega kyon ke Allaah taalah ko maanta to hain par pehchaanta nahin . Rasool ke tareeke par amal karta hain par pehchaanta nahi Quran padta hain lekin usko bhi pehchaanta nahin agar khud ko maanne ki buniyaad par hi usko baksha jaana chahiye to mere nazar mein saari duniya saare mazhab sab ko jaka haqdaar banna chahiye magar nahi jab tak "MAN ARAFA NAFSAHU FAQAD ARAFA RABBAHU" Jis ne apni nafs ko pehchaana usne apne Rab ko pehchaana waise Quran mein Allaah taala khud farma rahen hain PARA 26, SURAH NO 50 , SURAH KAAF ,AYAT 16 17. Quran Ilm E Haq nahin ho sakta Ilm E Majzi hain Quran kalam-ehaq hain kitaab-e-haq hain kyon ke is ko Allaah ne kalaam kiya hain.

Jo log nafs ki nafi karke Zaat ko pa lete hai , wohi din inka aaqiri din honga .Ab jo bhi amal honga Zaat ke zariye honga jo amal Zaat ke zariye honga woh amal saleh honga aur jo amal saleh honga is ka ajar Allaah ke paas mehfooz rahenga.Ab aise logo ko na khauf honga aur na ranj honga… Is aayat mein Allaah taala bande ko bari karte hain aur usko har amal apne Rasool ke zimme lena hain is liye agar koi mureed apne peer ke amal ko apnaenga aur apne nafs ko saakit karega har amal apne Rasool ke zariye karega woh amal naa hi mere peer ka honga na he mera hoga balke mere Rab ka honga. iii)Fanafil Rasool: Jab tak koi bhi Peer ya Alim apni nafs ko saakit karega apne har amal ko Rasool ke hawaale nahin karta to kabhi bhi Muhammed (S.A.W.S) padne ka haqdaar nahin hota agar kissi ko Muhammed (S.A.W.S) samajna hain to usse pehle Quraan ki is aayat ko samajna honga. PARA 27 , SURAH NO 57, SURAH AL-HADEED : AYAT 18 TO 19 WAL LAZINA AAMANU BILLAAAHI WA RUSOOLIHI OOLAAAIKA HUMUS SIDDI QOONA WASH SHOHADAAU INDA RABBIHIM LAHUM AJROHUM WA NOORO HUM. Jis ne nafs ki nafi ki usne Allaah ko paa liya aur apne Rasool ki etayat kar chuka Aise log ka naam Siddiquin ke daftar mein darj karte hain aur Shaheed-e-aazam ka qitaab dete hain .Yahi nahin balke aise bando ko Allaah taala saraapa Noor bana dete hain.Jab unki nazar kissi narm cheez per padte hain to waha per Allaah ka naam likha jayenga.Kyon ke isi liye Allaah taala unko saraapa Noor bana dete hain.Jab bhi banda is ayat ke raaz se waakif honga wohi Fanafil Rasool kehlaayenga. iv)FANAFIL LAH : Allaah ne zinda kar daal . Jab koi banda (structure of body) ko samaj kar Kalme Tayyab padta hain uski nafs saakit ho kar Rooh zinda ho jaati hain.Uska amal uska apna nahin hota balke uske Rab ka hota hain jiske talluq se Huzoor(S.A.W.S) ne Irshaad farmaaya "ANA MIN NOORIL LAAHI KULLU SHAIIN MIN NOORI" Main Allaah Taala ke Noor se paida kiya gaya hoon tamaam kaayenaat ko mere Noor (Rooh) se paida kiya Huzoor (S.A.W.S) ne irshaad farmaaya Adam(A.S) Abu-Al-bashar hain main Abu-alRooh hoon.Adam ki Rooh ka bhi baap hoon kyon ke Alah taala in sab se pehle meri Rooh ki taqleeq ki uske baad Adam (A.S) ke Rooh ko taqleeq ki.Is liye Allaah taala Quran mein Irshaad farma rahen hain

Jis ko amal-e-kufr kehte hain is liye is ki koi dua qubool nahin ki jaati balke is ki har dua rad ki jaati hain jab koi banda is muqaam per pahuch jaata hain us ko zarror Fanafill Lah ka muqaam mil jaata hain. Isi liye har insaan ko jo maarifat ke samandar mein tairta hain usko is baat ka yaqeen hona chahiye main kalma padne ke baad yaani (mera nafs saakti ho jaayega aur mere andar Allaah ki Zaat Rooh bankar zinda ho jaaye aur jo bhi mera amal honga woh Allaah ki Zaat se hi honga) isliye mera yaqeen hain ke LAA ILAAHA ILLALLAAAHU ke maaine yahi ho sakta hain ke nahin rahegi mere andar koi sifat bakhi sewaaye Zaat ke Rooh bankar.Jab insaan ko is baat ka yaqeen hain to samaj lo ke uska imaan mukammal ho gaya warna agar koi insaan ya musalmaan ya ko aur mazhab waale log jaise ki Ishaai,Parsi,Sikh,Hindu jitne duniya ke mashahib hain yeh sab log Allaah ki ek hi maante hain aur uske tassawur mein apne andaaz mein ebadat karte hain. Jo fuqra nafs ki naïf karte hai apen andar zaitoon ke tale ko palate hai, isis zaitoon ke tale ke zariy-e Allaah tala maqlood(tamaam kaaye-naat) ke andar unke zarie-ye Allaah tala wo batil parest taqatoon ko zaail kare ke apne banoun ko un fuqra ke zariey noor hi nor bana dte hai aur un ke aamal ke zarieye maqlooq ke amaal durust kerte hai, jab wooh paak saaf ho ata hai un kaa amaal Allaah tata bandoun ke liye msiaal deta hai jo banda nafs ki naïf kare usnka ilm nahi honta balke uske Rab ilm hota hai, kiyoun ke uske zabaan Rab ke zabban aur uske aank Rab ki aank ho jati hai. Aur iske saat hi saat ek hadees(Bukhari) hain ke Allaah ke Rasool (S.A.W.S) ne irshaad framaay Qulu LAA ILAAHA ILLALLAAHU DAKLUL JANNA Yaani jisne bhi ek martaba kalma sahi pada LAA ILAAHA ILLALLAAAHU aur samaj kar pada yaani nafs ko pehchaana aur apne Rab ko pehchaana yaani Rab ka mushaida kiya aur apne dushman shaitaan ko pehchana aur pani madadgaar farishte in sab ko pehchaana hi imaan ki daleel hain tab jaakar Allaah ke Rasook ki baat saadiq hongi aur janat ka mushtahaq honga agar ko buniyaadi taur per kalma hi LAILAHA padta hain aur Bismillaah hiar rehman padta hain tokya aise shaks ki seene mein imaan baki reh jaayega ab iska faisla main aap per chodta hoon “MUSHAIDAY KAY ASRAAT IN CHEEZOON PAY KAYA HOTAY HAIN –JIMANI-ROOHANI-DEENIDUNYAWEE”

Isi liye tum ko chahiye ki jabhi tum ko Allaah ki mqlooq ki taraf se ko taqleef pahuche to is aayat ka wird kar liya karo PARA 2, SURAH NO 2 , SURA BAQRA , AYAT 153 INNAL LAAAHA MAA-AS SABIREEN. Iska matlab hain mere andar Allaah maujood hain Rooh bankar Zaat ki shakal mein wohi sabr kar sakta hain naa ki meri nafs.
  • 18. 4)Isar-o-Qurbaani meri zakaat hain Isar o Qurbaani ka matlab hain aadmi yaahi imaan waale ko chiey ke har waqt apni zurrat se zyda Allaah ki maqlooq ki zurrat ko tarji de. 5)Meri nafs Meri Rooh ka Tawaaf karthi hain yeh mera Haj hain. Agar insaan har amaal mein apni nafs ko saakti rakhta hain aur apne Peer ke bataaye huwe tareeqe per amal karta hain to uski har saans Rooh ka tawaaf kartihain yaani nafs. Yaahi mera Haj hain. 11)5 KAABAS i) Bait Ul Muqqaddas - Sare ambiya,sahabas, aur saare paigambar(1 lakh 24 hazar) tawaaf tawaaf karte hain. ii) Kible Ibrahim iii) Bait ul Mamoor - Farishte tawaf karte hain. Gibrael jab nahr mein naha kar nikalte hain to 70,000 paani ke boond jab girte hain to 70,000 farishte paida hote hain.Yeh farishte tawaf karte hain.Doosre farishte ko haq nahin hain woh kaabe mein jaane ka. iv) Sare Imaan wale log - Arsh e moalla pe jaa ke tawaaf karenge. v) Insaan ki Rooh : Kyon ke 24 hrs nafs Rooh ka tawaf karti hain har amal mein 12) Masnat-e-faqiri pe baith ki gayi to shahi ki tamanna kaun kar Quraan ka sadaqa Allaah mil gaya to jeene ki tamanna kaun kare. Bahre ishq mein maqhlooq ka guzr nahin hota woh aisi gehraai hain kissi aalim ke Ilm wa kamaal ka guzr nahin hota. Aalimo ko mullaao ko murshado ko nahin dar Quran ka main woh jaahil hoon aazan se bhi dar hota hain. Harkas wa naakas ki chappal mochi bhi seetha hain mera yaqeen aur imaan hain ki meri chappal mera peer seeta hain. Talb-e-Jannat Qauff-e-Doshaq riyakaari hain bande ke liye kyon ke nawakif hain Allaah se sab

  • 20. se amal karna. Kufr : Kissi bhi amal mein nafs ka dakhal dena kufr hain. Shirk: Kissi bhi shar o khair mein makhlooq ko zimmedaar theraana shirk hain. Munafiqat kissi bhi Roohaani amal ko nafs se taabir karna munafiqat hain. Namaz-e-ishq: Ke liye insaano ke khoon se wazu karna hoga. WATER(Paani) : i)MAZAA:Momin jab kulli karta hain aur maza alag hain to thook deta hain. ii)RANGA: Momin jab wazu karta hain to jab haat mein paani leta hain agar us mein rang hain to chod deta hain kyon ke saaf paani nahin hai . iii)BOO:Jab naak mein leta hain agar boo aayi to chod deta hain. Quran kis per utaari? Peer ki baat hi hamaray liye shariyat hai. HADIS : Qabar hi illin hai qabar hi sijjin kisi bhi insaan ke liye. Shariyat : Rooh ko pahchanna aur nafs ko sakit karna tariqat : peer ka amal aur mera amal ek hi hona Marifath:Zaat ki pahchaan,Rooh ki pahchaan Haqiqat: Har zarreh zarreh may Allaah ko dekhna Bandagi ke mane yahi hai ke maqlooq ki di hue arziyato(zulm)ko bardash karna matlab Zikr namaz se afzal hai Meri maut hi mera imaan hai Mera ilm hi Allaah ki pehchaan hai. MASHALLAAH : Tu khatam ho jayega magar banane wala hamesha reh jayega. SUBHAN ALLAAH : Paak hain woh Zaat jo saari kaayenat ko dhadka rahin hain.Dhadkan paak hai uski sifat naapak hain. INSHAALLAAH : Mein nafs ke aitbaar se saakit hoon mein kuch nahi kar sakta. Mere andar Alah ki Zaat hain wohi sab kuch kar sakti hain. DUA: i)RABBANA AATINA FID DUNIYA HASANATAU WA FIL AAQIRATI HASANATAU WA QINA AZAABAN NAAR. Ay Allaah mujhe woh duniya ata farma jo tujhe pasand hain aur tere Nabi (S.A.W.S) ko pasan hain. Nabi (S.A.W.S) ke tareeke wali zindagi ata farma agar woh tareeke wali zindagi mujhe mil gayi to zaroor mein akhirat ke azaab se bach sakta hoon.
