The Pathway Group Code of Conduct outlines rules for all clients during their training, emphasizing mutual respect, attendance, and responsibility for personal items. It prohibits mobile phone use, smoking, and abusive language while encouraging clients to seek help if needed. Incentives associated with the training will only be provided upon successful completion of the course.

Welcome to Pathway Group and we hope that you will enjoy your time with us.
The following rules and guidelines are in place for the benefit of all involved and we expect all
clients to adhere to these during their Training Course:
• Everyone must show mutual respect for each other
• Mobile Phones must not be used in the Training Room
• All Personal items of property are the owners responsibility
• Attendance & Timekeeping must be adhered to
• No Smoking in the Training Centre
• No swearing or abusive language to be used
• Abuse of any type is not acceptable
• Please remember that not everyone learns at the same pace
If an incentive is linked to your training course then please note that this will only be delivered when you
have successfully completed and passed the course
