If you are currently residing outside the U.S. or Puerto Rico you are not eligible for this grant. Recipients are chosen based on academic achievement, volunteerism efforts, and work experience. Eligibility requirements: Must be a graduating high school student in grades 9-12th Must attend a college, university, or vocational school in the fall immediately after graduation. Number of awards is directly proportional to the number of applicants from each group. Students enrolled in postsecondary institutions while in high school are eligible. Best Buy Co., Inc. employees and relatives of employees who meet the eligibility requirements are eligible. Scholarships are non-renewable. Up to 1200 scholarships of $1000 each will be awarded.
