TRS represented AEGON in negotiations against D&D Real Estate, who acted on behalf of LC Management, the lessor. TRS managed the transaction for 6 months, including performing a space analysis, property search and nominations, inspections, financial offers and reporting, and negotiations. They also managed the fit out process for 2 months, providing probity services. The new lease was for an office space of 1,000 sqm in Parramatta to accommodate a new call center with an open plan design and existing fit out.
