Speeches can be given in languages other than English if they include an appropriate translation. Questions must pertain to the content of the speech and can only be asked if accepted by the speaker. Delegations can yield any remaining time from their speech to another delegation, but there are no double yields allowed. The right of reply rule allows a delegation to respond to insults against their integrity, but not to return insults. Resolutions and amendments require signatures to be submitted and follow a specific process of working papers, draft resolutions, and voting. Points of order, parliamentary inquiry, and personal privilege can be used in specific circumstances according to the rules. Resolutions and amendments can be divided and voted on in parts through
