We are leading law firm in the area of Strata Law, renowned across Australia with a
culture focused on innovative service delivery and learning. An exciting opportunity is
available for an enthusiastic, pro-active law student who could work 1 – 2 days per week
with additional work available during university breaks.
The Role:
This position offers an opportunity to learn and experience a range of dispute resolution
services, including adjudication, mediation and litigation, in New South Wales, Australian
Capital Territory, Victoria and Queensland.
You will be responsible for:
• Setting up and maintaining client files / records
• Case and general research
• Draft correspondence and documents
• Preparation of court documents
• Filing documents at court
• Liaison with clients, agents and solicitors
• Answering the phone and directing new client enquiries
• Assisting lawyers with various projects on an ad hoc basis
• Assistance with the firm’s general administration functions
