*I have received this PPS years ago and I don't know the original creator but it was too interesting not to be shared.

Primera sesión del Seminario "MARKETING INTERNACIONAL" a cargo de la Lic. Milagros Marín de ANDELIMA que se realiza los días 18 y 20 de agosto de 2015.
"We have always done it this way" Does that sound familiar ? The root cause of most of good ideas die in the infancy stage itself is because of our deep rooted paradigms, which sometimes we are not even aware of - nice presentation that explains how Paradigms are formed.
"We have never done it this way" or "This is how we always do it" Sounds familiar ? Deep rooted Paradigms are the root cause of all great ideas to be killed in their infancy. Nice presentation found in the public domain, that explains how paradigms are shaped and formed.
See how we are blind folded. We create a mental block for ourselves because of our conditioning and continue to live with it. We get engeged so deeply in our life that we hardly get a time for ourselves. We are not making use of our wisdom. Take some time out and think.

After several beatings,
the new member learned

monkey was substituted and the same occurred.
The 1st
monkey participated on the beating for the 2nd
monkey. A 3rd
monkey was changed and the same was
repeated (beating). The 4th
was substituted and the
beating was repeated and finally the 5th
monkey was
replaced.
8. What was left was a group of 5 monkeys that
even though never received a cold shower,
continued to beat up any monkey who
attempted to climb the ladder.
9. If it was possible to ask the monkeys why they would beat up
all those who attempted to go up the ladder…..
I bet you the answer would be….
“I don’t know – that’s how things are done around
here”
Does it sounds familiar?
10. Don’t miss the opportunity to share this with
others as they might be asking themselves
why we continue to do what we are doing if
there is a different way out there.

The universe and human
stupidity. And I am not so sure
about the former."
