NRB Industrial Bearings is a group company of NRB Bearings Ltd. and came into being
having demerged from the parent company, from October 1, 2012 for manufacture and sale of
bearings for various industrial applications.
NRB was incorporated as Needle Roller Bearings Company Limited in 1965. A joint
venture company with Nadella France, the oldest needle bearing manufacturer in Europe.
The name of the company later changed to NRB Bearings Limited in 1990 as it had undertaken
manufacturing of other types of Roller Bearings & Ball Bearings.
NRB was the first company to introduce Needle Bearings, Wide Inner Ring Ball Bearings
& Housed Units in India.NRB’s sources of Technology for wide range of bearings have been: A
sophisticated full-fledged state of art and fully equipped Engineering Center was set up in to
further develop the technology and provide bearing solution to the customers in India & Abroad.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 3-D modeling on Creo 2.0 software..
 Detailing by using the AutoCAD 2014
 Involving in all phases of Design and development from conceptual throughout
detailed phases.
 Feasibility study and Executing Design changes as required by the customer.
 Product design along with load rating calculations of Needle bearing ,Ball beating,
spherical bearing As Per ISO 76 ,ISO 492 ,ISO 15 ,ISO 582 ,ISO 5753,ISO 9628
 Responsible for working on Microsoft Navision ERP system.
 Preparation of BOM on Microsoft Navision ERP system.

2.  Responsible for preparation of manufacturing operation process in ERP system.
 Responsible for manufacturing cycle time study in operation sequence.
 Responsible for improvements on existing machine to boost cycle time.
 Design and development of the Grinding tools, Inspection Gauges.
 Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the
feasibility of projects

PROJECT DETAILS
1) “Manually operated mechanical sweeper” This project consist the internal gear
arrangement and the brushes on the shaft, which sweep the dust in the collector tank
which is situated on the back side.
2) “Cycle operated reciprocating pump” This project consists of the reciprocating pump
which is operated by cycle. Water is pumping almost the one floor of the building with
the help of man power.
